no breakfast included, or i didnt like the rudeness

i liked it because it was close to alot of stuff, but i didnt like that a staff member told me no about making my special needs son a ham and cheese sandwich. thankfully a staff member at starbucks got the chef jasmine to make it for us. the lady at the breakfast cafe was rude and dont need to work in customer service

we loved the staff, the facilities, the shuttle service that was so organised, clean and very convenient. everything you need is right there. less than 10 min from city walk as we all super close to outlets, malls etc. we loved it!!!

The Unban Pantry food is so bad. I ordered a dish called Make your own wok bowl, the veggies were not fresh, the beef tasted raw.

Room is clean, location is very convenient to Universal’s theme parks. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Universal’s theme parks.

Though we were not going to Universal Studios , the hotel was incredibly convenient. Great for parking , facialities etc and for access to the greater Orlando area.

My one suggestion for improvement is to add a hand-towel bar on the wall by the vanity, opposite the shelves, and a bath-towel bar in the water closet (in place of the singular towel hook). If we had more places to hang our used towels to dry, we wouldn't need as many fresh towels during our stay.

Convenient access to the water taxi, modern rooms, amenities, and relative absence of young children are why we choose Aventura for every trip to Orlando, even for trips that include WDW. Helpful staff members and delicious food confirm our choice each visit. 1)The burgers and fries were delicious... so delicious that we shared one then came back for two more. 2)The yogurt parfaits are tastier, faster, more affordable, and diet restriction compliant than a full breakfast, which we appreciate and rely on every trip--an unsweetened yogurt option would be even better. 3)The staff at Aventura and across other Universal properties is consistently more helpful and attentive than at WDW. Universal is earning our loyalty through kindness and convenience. 4)Aventura has fewer young children on site, which is a big win for us. There is almost no noise in the hallway or through the walls of the rooms. 5)The bathrooms in the Aventura rooms are my favorite feature in the room: the vanity shelves, spacious shower, towel rack, and drying line suit all three of us. 6)The amenities pass (pool hopping) feature was a big win for us during this particular stay. We used our "free" day to explore other hotels and pools. We enjoyed the adventure, and we were excited to return to our own room at Aventura.

The hotel charged me more than the price that I have booked. I have sent 2 emails asking for explanation but no answer so far.

The food was awful. Bar 17 had crispy brussels sprouts, and they were not edible, it tasted like a salt lick. Urban food court, ordered crispy buffalo chicken sandwich, the chicken was grey, and I had to throw it out. I ate the pizza from the Urban food court both nights, and it was quite good.

Check out process could be better. My late check out was noted but keys still deactivated. Not a big deal just a slight hiccup.

It is modern and the room controls are all on a tablet. I appreciated the convenience and tech.
