We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe place wasn’t very clean at all. Everytime we cooked the smoke alarms would go off and there were 3 of them within a ten foot radius. There were no sheets on the pull out bed or the bed inside the wall. The bed inside the wall was absolutely disgusting and dirty. The bathtub had black marks that looked like mold or mildew. You couldn’t sit on the chairs provided with the table due to them feeling like they were going to break. It was NOT worth the price.

United StatesWe had to call and complain for sheets and blankets for sofa bed and murphy bed. Keep getting told were they wouls be even though i kept.sayimg they were not there. Big TV in den would not work. Called and texted multiple times about that. Was told maintenance came 1st time at 9:50pm night arrived. We did not hear knock or the door trying to open (we had placed door stopper on it since we were ready for bed) told 2nd time they came, we were not there and they would not come in since did not have premission. I gave premission the first time i called as i told them we needed it fixed. When we cooked mac and cheese for kids in oven the fire alarm keep going off (over and over again) was not burning only on 350 degrees. We fianally had to unplug it because it would not stop. U get 1 parking pass and no help at all on where we could park the other car. Keep telling us we would just have to ride around and find a place. Then we had 1 half roll and 1 extra roll toliet paper and only 1 extra trash bag for family of 8 people for 5 nights. We had to go out and buy toliet paper and trash bags....the office was no help at all as they said since 3rd party (private owned) they had nothing to do with unit.
Location was great (other than they were building a new pier next door) which was an eye sore and loading with the pounding.

United StatesRoom was dirty, different hairs all over the bath tub. Only 1 jet worked on the tub. Beds were cheap and uncomfortable. Breaker kept popping in bathroom area. Casago stopped making contact with me after day 2. Would not respond to emails after day 2. The sliding glass door to the balcony was cloudy, impairing our view unless the door was open. No ventilation in the pool/hot tub area. A worker started filling the elevator with trash cans and bags from each floor and left them in the elevator for a while. My family and I were forced to use the elevator with trash in it. Very disgusting and irresponsible.
The price on an ocean front suite was nice, but it came with a price of being uncomfortable.

United StatesThe hot tub never was cleaned the entire stay even after numerous other guests asked for it to be cleaned. The lazy river was the same way. Pool closed at nine I thought that was kinda too early to close. I didn’t like there wasn’t a front desk so we didn’t get any new towels while we were there we just went to the dollar store and bought a bunch of towels. The pull down bed was uncomfortable it didn’t have enough support. Also there was no vending machines or ice dispensers on our floor when we were leaving another guest mentioned there was a machine on the sixth floor.
The had multiple pools, it was clean, I like the code lock so I don’t have to run back and forth looking for a key card. Our room was nice, kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was easy and close, we had a good view and was close to everything. The water pressure on the shower was awesome and the tub had jets.
