You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was very nice. Hot protein items like eggs and sausage or breakfast sandwiches. Good variety of fresh fruit and nice array of breads. Our only complaint was that decaf was made from granules rather than a fresh pot.

United States of AmericaI happened to have my carbon dioxide meter with me. It gave a decent reading when I got to the room. I slept, alone, the first night with the windows closed and the HVAC running, and was startled when I got up the next morning to see a CO2 reading of over 2200 ppm--just from me breathing in the room overnight! HVAC clearly provides no fresh air ventilation. I opened the windows (there was some traffic noise, but tolerable) and kept them open. The next morning the reading was better, in the 700s. Strongly advise keeping windows open if possible, since carbon dioxide levels that high affect cognition.
The room was simple but comfortable, with everything I needed. Front desk friendly and helpful, from receiving the luggage the airline failed to get on my flight, later the first evening, to mailing postcards for me when I left.

The room was large and seemed recently renovated, bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice. Would stay there again.

The Rose & Crown is a motor hotel that has been upgraded to a higher standard. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly. There was no extra fee for on-site parking. Breakfast was adequate.
