When they cleaned my room on the second day they took my towels that were hanging up and did not replace them. They could have just left them. the front desk was kind enough to give me a towel so that I could shower the next day.

breakfast was excellent. The lady taking care of the room did an outstanding job. The front desk staff was very helpful. My room was in a good location.

We had an 8-day reservation at the Days Inn that is also at Vancouver Mall. We cancelled that reservation which cost us $700 (non-refundable) and stayed the remaining time at Best Western. You made our trip great. Difference between the hotels was huge. We tried to get a refund but no help from the hotel, the booking company, or Wyndam. We will never stay at one of their properties again.

They couldn’t find my reservation and they don’t show me checking out. Therefore I never got a receipt. Some mixup due to brother in law with same last name staying there at same time. Even though different reservations, different email addresses and different charge cards. The staff seemed inexperienced with hotel workings.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. They went above and beyond & made the difference for our schedule. Tysm! The free airport shuttle is one of the main reasons we booked this hotel & that all worked out well for us!

The only downside was the fact that they were doing some remodeling work. But it’s hard to criticize someone for taking care of the property.

The young lady at the front desk 9-01-23 was awesome. She greeted us with a smile and was so helpful with our son/daughter-in-law and grandkids after a horrible experience at another hotel they had booked.

Coffee machine was broken the entire 6 nights we were there Stupid smoker causing a fire outside by the trash can that burned part of the building, causing evacuation. What do handicapped do when not on the ground floor? It was difficult for my daughter to use the stairs as she normally needs a walker to walk. Location is easy to find from PDX.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The woman who alone makes breakfast did an especially great job. The food was very good.

I would have liked a bigger, updated bathroom, and the stopper on the tub didn’t stay down so I couldn’t give my kids a bath.

The staff was awesome, breakfast yummy and the staff kept it well stocked and tidy the whole time, the beds were comfy, room clean. I used the fridge and the microwave.

The suites were not as big or as divided as we wanted ot thought them to be. Our key to the room did not work half the time and we would have to go down to lobby and get a new key. Our son and his family hadthe same issue with their key.

The lobby was nice, the breakfast was fine and the staff was very friendly.

The elevator a bit outdated...

The breakfast offered great options! It's a great location. Super close to the Vancouver Mall! Great stay for my elderly and disabled mother. Would recommend and definitely stay again! Free parking and although we didn't have pets, it's a pet friendly facility. The coffee machine in the lobby was amazing!!

Having the coffee machine in the bathroom was most unfortunate. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine when the condenser came on so I turned it off for most of the night. I also turned off the frig. In spite of those noise precautions, there was a low throbbing hum in the room until almost midnight that disturbed me when I was trying to sleep. Also, I could hear the air conditioner next door when it came on. Breakfast was hot, but pedestrian.

I had a large queen room with a comfortable lounge chair. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also roomy. It had a deep tub with lots of hot water so I had a long soak. Everything was very clean. The wi-fi was excellent.
