We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The price was very reasonable, the location was perfect(only about 20 min to Sedona), the room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and had great suggestions of things to do in the area. Location is approximately 4 miles from old town Cottonwood, 15 miles from Sedona. Suite with small living area/kitchenette, fully stocked, frig, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee pot. Very clean. Nice staff. Restaurant serving breakfast and lunch within a very short walk. Part of golf course. Had breakfast looking out at golf course.

Room was great, we extended our stay. The location was convenient to Cottonwood, Clarksdale and Jerome amenities. We golfed at Agave, course needs work.

United StatesUnfortunately, the wifi stopped working an entire evening + the following morning, just went we had important work things to submit. Our 4G hotspots didn't work super well. The person at the reception didn't know how to help, and we ended up in a coffee shop. Not a big deal, a lesson for us to be more organized if something like that happens.
We loved the welcome and all the explanations we received from Elyce the amazing concierge. The customer service was so nice. Our studio was above expectations, and super comfortable. We saw some wild javelinas in the car park which was pretty dope.

United StatesThe only drawback is it was a bit out of the way from the wine tasting locations. But if you have a designated driver or are taking a wine tour with a driver this property is more than a great value.
This property exceeded my expectations, I would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean and fresh and the registration staff on the way in and out was delightful, great customer service.

United StatesIt's close to Sedona and Jerome but getting to either Prescott, Flagstaff, or the Grand Canyon can be a bit of a drive. But, I doubt there are nicer rooms to stay closer to those places.
Staff is very friendly! Our room was nice and clean and roomy! Bathrooms are really nice at the resort–large, modern, clean, and comfortable. It's practically a big oe-bedroom apartment! During our stay in December, it was nice and quiet. We really loved it!
