Unsure if it was typical, but there wasn't any hot water left for the shower!

The room was clean, beds comfortable and the bathroom was modern! The host, Fabio was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. The two workers that made breakfast in the morning were both accommodating and kind. Eggs, assorted breakfast meats, fruit and some pastries were served!

Beautiful villa with the perfect location, just steps away from Ocean Drive. We absolutely loved our stay here, everything was so well thought out, from the little details in the room to the overall atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered every morning had a wonderful variety of options and, of course, everything was fresh and delicious. We truly felt welcomed and cared for during our stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Huge thanks to Fabio for being so helpful, especially when we accidentally left a work ID behind, he really saved us and made everything so much easier!

The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t stay longer this time

We stayed here for one night as a family with two kids and absolutely loved it! The villa is beautiful, and the room we rented was spotless, very tidy, and cozy. The host is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Free parking is an amazing bonus in this area — it’s almost impossible to find! The breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to the day. The value for the price is well over 100% — you truly get more than you pay for. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Miami Beach! Highly recommended.

The bathroom needs a bit of refreshing.

Nice place to stay for a night before our cruise. Franco was helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The accomodation is not far from Miami Beach, you can walk for 15 minutes to get to the beach. It also has free parking space which was great for us.

Overall we liked everything. Just for little improvement, the lady responsible for the breakfast could check more frequently if there was still enough coffee for everyone.

The property and room were very clean, with nice staff and very good breakfast. It was great as well to have a parking lot inside of the property (although it is just for 2 cars - but it is possble to park on the street, I guess). Having brealfast together with other guests was very nice too as we could exchange travel tips, etc. The location was nice, however the beach is about a 15 min walk.

It was my pre/post Cruise stay in Miami. If you want to be in the heart of South Beach and at the same time have a good sleep in the silent surroundings-this is the perfect place. Breakfast was so good, served in a very nice inner courtyard.My room has a small patio too, where I enjoyed my two dinners ( from Whole Foods, which is only 5 minutes away). Fresh air and mosquito nets were a bonus😀. You start feeling like at home from the very first steps. If you travel with a company of 6, the whole house can be at your disposal.
