The roll-out bed was very bad. The mattress was an inner spring with a very thin sheet covering the springs, no padding. Extremely uncomfortable and I spent 6 sleepless nights on it. The unit is dated, but is good value for money.

Great location, undercover secure parking included, friendly staff, self contained unit. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The condo was clean and comfortable, loved the pass thru window from kitchen to balcony, washer and dryer was great!

the Sauna is way out dated for use.

This property is in a great location for food and shopping and easy walking distance to the beautiful beach to watch the sunset every night and wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning.

Some of the appliances were dated and some repair is needed on some of the electrical outlets. The A/C was loud and not over sufficient if it gotten hotter. The Wifi didn't work in the condo but at least I had my 5G on my phone working.

The location is key. It's so close to Waikiki Beach and the main streets. There were amble of food options around. What's the best is a private parking spot in the condo.

But everything good doesn’t matter because there were cockroaches!!!! OMG if I knew I wouldn’t stay there for free ((((

Location was perfect, 7min walk from Waikiki beach. The view from the apartment would be amazing if windows were clean((( Also very nice barbecue area and free parking.

Very dated. Furniture's are very old. We stayed for 6 days all the toiletries are not enough. We ended it up to buy our own.

maintenance came in unannounced on our second day placed a napkin with do not use sink leaking on one if the 2 sinks and never came back to fix it in the 12 days we were there.

The air conditioning unit was really loud and the decor was old and really needs updating.

Location was great for the price. The roof top pool bbq area was really great.

Washing machine was nice to have but may need upgrading. We found some residue washing powder left unmelted from the last guest still sitting there. The door between the lounge & the bedroom came off the railing so it was hard to move.

Our travel plan changed at the last minute but they were very helpful in accommodating and changed the dates to later dates with no extra fee. We also arrived earlier than the check in time but were taken to the room straight away which was a bonus! Loved the rooftop pool! It had everything we needed - fridge, washing machine & drier - but most of all, the location was superb!!

A little dirty in places. Sheets all crushed as not commercially laundered. Not enough dish wash left. Only 2 mismatched wine glasses. Rusty outdoor table top. TV is a issue to get going and hard to operate but help is available. Gym small not great. Pool small also.

The view from terrace was good and the terrace a good size not tiny as some We were able to eat there every day. Big refrigerator and full stove. Overall a good property.

furnishing were very dated, the rug in the living room and stained carpet. the sliding door opens to the small deck is jammed, track was broken. The air-con was noisy and it wasn’t very hot so we ended up not using it during our stay.

Great view overlooking Cannel & golf course. Top location - next to International Market Place, heaps of local eats nearby. 10mins walk to the beach. Good value for money. Washing machine & dryer was very useful, and bonus free locked up designed parking in the building.

We booked 2 rooms because we had 8 people. One room TV remote wouldn't work and the same room kitchen sink didn't drain properly. Both were only mild problems that we didn't even ask to have corrected while there because they weren't worth taking the time to correct. Overall fantastic stay! Highly recommend.

We loved the location only a couple blocks from the beach and also next to the river. We had a designated parking spot included with the stay, free. We also had furnished washer/dryer with laundry soap already provided. Couldn't beat the price for the value! I appreciated the secure entry to the property with FOB keys to both the main access and parking garage, including the elevators.
