Can be noisy at night but not past 10pm. Also noisy in the morning with cleaning/ delivery vans. Air conditioner in room is also pretty loud.

Close to the beach. Convenience shop round the corner. I stayed in the 4 bedder female dorm and it has a small kitchen area and its own bathroom. Good for one night stay.

Great location. Close to shops & beaches. Provide boogie boards. Games. Books to read. Common kitchen was good as was kitchen in dorm. Loved the 4 bed female dorm got to know interesting women.

1) the water in the shower was not that hot. 2) the individual lockers were so small that they couldn't fit a medium backpack. 3) the beds do not have curtains, so there is no privacy at all. 4) the room only had one chair available for 16 people. So, if you were on the top bunk, you would have to sit on the floor. 5) they said that snorkels, beach chairs and umbrellas would be available, but I never saw them. Either there are none or there are few, because even in the morning there were only floats available. 6) there is a daily cost per towel, which is ridiculous. If I booked a bed for 7 days, there should be 7 towels, that's the minimum.

Entering the dorm room with the keypad provided was problematc. The numbers were poorly lit, and after struggling for quite a while I accidentally discovered that The handle had to be RAISED, not lowered. It would have been helpful if the friendly receptionist had taken a moment to mention this.

I liked that they supplied a towel in addion to the fresh linens, and that they allow guests to select their own bunk bed from what is available.

Air con was noisy so one of the girls in the room decided for the 8 person dorm that we couldn't have it on. It was very warm and stuffy. The dude with the long hair at reception wasn't really a hostel vibe...maybe was having a bad day?? the guy with the short brown hair that ended up checking me in was awesome though and the blonde girl on checkout was lovely too.

Great location! Felt like a safe hostel. It isn't a party hostel so as long as your room mates don't talk throughout the night you will have a good sleep. The cleaning lady was lovely and did a great job daily.

The office was moving (done now) and it was a hassle for the staff. So there were inconvenient moments for guests as well. I wish they had communicated better with the guests. They have quiet time 10 pm to 7 am but people seem to not know the rules. We had to talk to the other guests about this. Hope the staff will emphasize on this when checking in.

It’s located in a safe area. 2 minutes walk to the beach and many restaurants too. Most of the staff are nice. Some of them are extremely helpful and kind. The picnic mats and the bodyboards are very useful (can ask the receptionist to rent or grab one from the kitchen). They rent you a towel -which I didn’t know/get in the beginning- so ask for one if you need.

The sound of opening and closing the door of the room is noisy. When the happening happened, I was worried that the phone couldn't get through.

I thought that the rooms were not super clean. I would have appreciated a coffee maker in the kitchen instead of the reception. Think about buying your lock because it is not included with the locker.

I liked that it was very close to beach. The location was perfect, very close to Diamond Head. I thought that it was safe to have the Goki app to open the doors but at the same time you always have to have battery on your phone to not get locked out. The bed were comfortable.

Having a fridge in the room is very convenient but both the aircon and fridge were relatively loud, which could be a bit annoying at night.

Amazing location right by the beach in Waikiki, and also only a 10 minute walk to the center of Waikiki with many shops, restaurants and cafes. The dorms were clean and much bigger than in most hostels, and had a small balcony and even a fridge in the room. Convenient entrance to the hostel and rooms with either an App or Code so there is no need to keep a key at hand. Bike / Scooter rental directly downstairs is also perfect to explore the island.

There was a sink full of dishes left from the previous guests before our (other guests that checked in the same day I did) arrival.

Pretty convenient location with easy access to the beach. Also the hostel is within walking distance to a lot of shops and eateries right there in the heart of Waikiki. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
