There were so many roaches in the room. On the bed, the floor, walls, bathroom, I mean everywhere.

Rooms were not great. Walls are paper thin. Smelled like weed everywhere. Everything was locked up and or not available. Makes it seem like not a good area.

Quick, easy check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was easy to find and plenty of parking.

NOISY! I stayed in room 126. Each time someone walked by; you could actually hear & see their shoes passing by if you looked at the crack between the door bottom and the wall floor. This is a hotel for folk down on their luck & sending their last money.

Had to pay extra for small pet. Had roaches. AC didn't work well( didn't blow air as well as it should). Was told I need to put a shirt on while walking around outside.

There is only 1 black female who works the desk that has no idea what meaningful customer service is. She seems to be always in a state of aggravation at the least of any customer ? or inquiry made to her. I tried to avoid her mean spirit.

Very noisy. Placing insulation around door to keep out noise from passing vehicles & people walking by your door talking (not shouting) in conversation might help people rest more comfortably without being awakened throughout the night.

The mirror on the wall was off the frame and hanging off the wall, the microwave was keeping it from falling to the floor. There were dead bugs that should have been cleaned up and live bugs in the room. The door to the bathroom was not able to be she shut because it was being blocked by the toilet. We asked for extra wash clothes and towels and was told by front desk that they had no access to the closet.

I needed to be near Wake Med Hosp and it was less than a mile away, which was great. Also, there were plenty of food places near by.

I walked in the room and turned around and walked out. The room.smelled like mold and drugs, had burn holes all in blankets on bed, piss in floor, bathroom was nasty someone used it and never cleaned it. Had black mold in corners of roof. SO I DIDNT STAY AT ALL I LEFT VERY VERY NASTY . I went to front desk. The person on duty stated I would be refunded and was sorry for the condition of the room.

There were two cockroaches in the room and there were no lamps, only fluorescent overhead lights. Sticky floors.

Holes in the walls. Faucet assembly on sink was loose. Shower had a very weird handle-adjuster which did not work at first and had to be fixed. No lamps on the bedside tables. Had to ask for a hair dryer. Smelled of very strong pungent cleaning fluid. Towels were very small.

The place doesn't look like the pictures. It's an old and neglected place. The room I stayed in had cockroaches, we killed them all the time, including on the bed. The towels provided were stained, and the room smelled terrible of cigarettes. I stayed for two nights and asked them to clean the room, but they didn't. The door lock was broken, and there was no other room to change into. I slept with the door open at any time by anyone. I'll never go back, it wasn't free.
