The A/C in the room wasn’t working .

Air con made it cold and as controlled centrally was diff to mange temperature but was March. Basic amenities ( coffee maker smaller towels than used to). Only prob was due to Spring break and music festival, road was closed to taxi had to s drop off and pick up behind hotel. Also meant that taxis weren't driving by to hail. However could be booked by hotel.

An excellent local in the Art Deco area of South beach. 30 mins from airport. Taxi costs $60 on average. Drivers great. The beautiful Miami beach is just across the road and sunbeds and towels are included as well as a 10% discount in the their restaurant and next door café. Room deco with gorgeous comfy bed Staff helpful with cold aircon supplying blankets. Staff very polite and helpful.

Small and tired room. In need of refit, especially the bathroom. Difficulty in accessing the property during our visit. Online check in- supplying ID and credit card online is always open to fraud and identity theft. The very small and ancient elevator.

Location on Ocean Drive, in the heart of South Beach. The on site restaurant and the very well stocked supermarket underneath the hotel.

Reception area small bar with minimal seating. Whole area was too cold. Stair carpet very worn. Aircon in corridors very cold.

We stayed 2 nights, one of those nights was so loud with people coming in from partying and really noisy. We were on a family holiday so maybe not 100% suitable for families. But for a night or two either side of a cruise this was fine.

The location cannot be beaten, it is right on South Beach and has restaurants, shops, beach all on the doorstep. We stayed here for a night before and a night after going on a cruise and it was a great base.

They charged us for the umbrellas on the beach. Room was way smaller than displayed online.

The hotel needs a more constant maintenance. Because it’s an Art Deco building, the windows have certain features so they are sealed and can’t be opened. It’s a bit claustrophobic and a shame you can’t feel the whole atmosphere outside

This time I kept getting kicked out of the WiFi.

It's just my favorite place to be when I'm in Miami. Really appreciated that they cleaned our rooms first because we were there way too early coming from a cruise.

It was rather noisy with the stream of super cars parading past all night.

Hotel is in a very lively part of town. Saturday night was especially noisy but the room has excellent sound proof windows. Having a sea view was amazing, worth the extra cost.

Not all rooms have a view. Loud noise from neighboring buildings around the clock, probably from air conditioners.

Close to the beach and gym. In the central location of Ocean Dr. Two deckchairs included in the price. Original design. Two restaurants next to the hotel with a discount.

All ok so far...

The bigger rooms are very big, the smaller ones very small, a big difference between the standard and suite. Both rooms top equipped and clean. Nice location at a amazing place.

Not a downside, but a balcony would have been excellent. The windows were locked. The exterior lights might need some maintenance to keep up with the ocean drive vibe.

Perfect location for a short Miami trip, across the street of Muscle Beach. The hotel style made me feel as in movies. Good discounts for drinks and food at the on site restaurant.
