We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesDuring the check in, the lady who assisted my friend was somewhat "grumpy". She needs to know the meaning of " hospitality", otherwise this is not the proper place for her. She wanted to add my friend's name in the reservation but it was addressed on a rude way!! I did call the booking.com customer service to modify the booking immediately. Someone assisted me there very professional and so polite. That calm me down since i was so disappointed earlier. Back in the hotel once it was modified and showed to receptionist that's the time my cousin was accommodated.
Location is just nice. Near to Bart and City center.

United StatesThe walls are not soundproof, so I could hear sounds from other rooms. Not a big deal. The reception desk computer took longer to reload than normal; however, Teresa, the front desk clerk, made the situation less frustrating by explaining what was happening.
This is my go-to place when I need a break from the construction occurring in our house. I have been there at least three times and plan to go back. I get the rest and quiet I need to recharge myself before I head back home.
