Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe did not realize that parking wasn't included in our stay. We only got 2 breakfast vouchers, we are a family of 5. It wasn't made clear while booking that going through a 3rd party site would only give us 2 vouchers. Right as we were packing up the power in the hotel went out. Thank goodness we weren't in the elevator. We had to walk down 5 flights of stairs with our 3 children and all their luggage.
The location, room and rooftop pool were some of our favorite features. Very conveniently located downtown, near lot of places we wanted to check out.

Room was excellent. So was breakfast. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Pool was warm enough to swim in even on a cold day.

The property was beautiful. Staff were very welcoming, kind and everyone had smiles on their faces. They took the time to explain every detail. Room is very spacious with large balcony. The pool is heated and beautiful. Only flaw was the continental breakfast was very continental I stayed at a less valued hotel the night before my three night stay at the Warwick hotel. Cheaper hotel had a hot breakfast continental breakfast and much more comfortable bed with full size pillows.

United StatesLower level staff treating us with a lack of respect. Full disclosure - we were offered an alternate room by the staff, which we were unable to accept as we already had committed plans which did not allow us the time to change rooms. The dis-respect came in the form of comments like 'well we offered to change room and that's all we can do'. This spoken whilst not engaging eye contact, and typing on the computer about an unrelated matter at the same time- multi-tasking. The manager restored our feeling about the hotel stay, but he would not have needed to do this and he would have saved the need to refund us if we had not been treated dismissively.
Initially the room was not prepared properly (carpet was wet from a previous clean). Discussion with hotel staff was disappointing due to not being taken seriously. The hotel manager corrected this very professionally and treated us with the respect we had been denied by the working staff. To demonstrate his genuine integrity towards us, he also processed a refund. The rating was based on what we experienced which the hotel manager very professionally and impressively corrected - as a result we would return to the hotel in future simply due to the managers handling of the situation.

It was absolutely perfect except one thing. We came after a big snow storm and the door in our room leaked. The carpet inside was soaked for about 10 ft in. It smelled like stinky feet. We told the desk at check out and they did not offer a discount.

United StatesAs other reviewers warned.. the water temperature never got more than slightly warm… that was a bummer. I also don’t like that you have to pay for parking and wasn’t pre informed. Front desk wouldn’t give us change for the parking meters that wouldn’t take our debit card. Rooftop pool was nice but we didn’t use it do to drinking and orgy behavior.

United KingdomBreakfast service can sometimes be short staffed and the full buffet breakfast can be pricey for what it is. Much better to go for an a la carte item like omelette or waffles and those are good.
I travel frequently to Denver, my office is downtown so this hotel is my favourite. Good size rooms, gym, pool, wifi all included and heating/ac works well and all rooms have coffee, tea, drinks and snacks. Also prices are competitive- I'm a fan. Also the in-hotel restaurant is pretty good, they have a pizza oven and do a nice pizza- and deliver to the room.

United States- Room was real nice! - It was spacious for 2 people - Front desk was very helpful and offered a water bottle upon arrival - Gave a free drink voucher to use at their hotel bar/restaurant - Location wasn't in the heart of downtown but fairly close so transportation like uber/lyft isnt much during most times - They have pool but I didnt use because of snowing weather but looks like a great pool with great view of downtown - Bed was comfortable and restroom/shower was nice & clean.

We have gotten better BREAKFASTS AT ONE AND TWO STAR HOTELS BEFORE!!! An oversight by BOOKING.COM???? If I had known it was a CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST I WOULD HAVE USED ANOTHER RESERVATION SERVICE (like Priceline) THAT TELLS THE TRUTH ABOUT INCLUDED ITEMS!!!! ALSO our room was booked for 3 persons for 3 nights!!! The CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST COUPONS WERE ISSUED FOR TWO PERSONS ONLY. They stated that was the Warwick Hotel policy????
It was OK…… however please see what happened with breakfast below THAT I DID NOT LIKE…. Which was mostly breakfast…. Everything else just OK…. Lunch in restaurant was OK…. Room was OK BUT DID NOT LIKE THAT THE closet was located about 20+ feet away from the bedroom AND THE BATHROOM (in two different directions). We had to walk through the sitting area to go from the bathroom to the walk-in closet and We had to walk through the sitting room to go from the bedroom to the walk-in closet….. a very unique layout…

Food and drinks were AMAZING!! The breakfast spread was lovely and fresh and delicious! The staff were wonderful and the room was clean. The beds were top-notch.
