Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms were tired, which I expected but I did NOT expect the bathroom to be dirty (rogue hairs) and the ledge of the shower insert was horribly dirty. When I went to have coffee the next morning, I discovered that one of the mugs had not been cleaned from a previous use and that was pretty gross. I began to wonder if the sheets were indeed clean and had been changed. It was a disappointment.
Great location to downtown Williams. Wonderful staff, personable and friendly. Coffee pot with mugs in the room. Fridge in the room. Ease of check-in.

The bathrooms need some work. Existing cracks in wall. Sealant around sinks cracked badly so it looks bad. Some holes had been patched but never sanded down…looks bad. Could use a bit more counter space. The place is older and outdated BUT for the price we paid and basically being gone all day and using the room for a shower and sleeping….it was perfect.
The check in service and cleaning people all were very nice. The bedroom was satisfactory. Clean. This worked for us. The price was perfect to have a place to sleep and shower.

The base of the bed is a thin metal sheet that makes a lot of noise when you accidentally kick it.
No carpet, so no smell.

Floors looked clean but my feet were filthy after walking around room. The exhaust fan was very loud in bathroom. Coffee pot only had enough coffee pods and cream and sugar for one. Also only 3 pillows on bed 4 would be better. Towels very rough.
Location, room had coffee with real coffee cups Microwave and refrigerator, plenty of electric outlets. Heat worked, shower had plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable

The fridge was making a lot of white noise, not so good for sleeping. It was missing the door chain, but besides that, everything was up to the expectations.
The location was great. In the center of Williams, a nice place to stay and visit the Grand Canyon National Park. Even though is about 1 hour from the South Rim Entrance, you won't find the cheapest place closer to the park. It is a nice and quiet place, great if you want just a place to sleep, and recover your energy after a long day hiking in the park.

Not much to dislike for what I consider a dive hotel. Its a bed and a shower after a long motorcycle trip.

You do not need to set an alarm, the passing trains will wake you up. Contrary to what booking mentioned when I booked: There is free wifi There is no laundry machine (but a laundromat at walking distance)
Great location. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are good.

Room not as clean as i would expect.
The location is great. Near all of the shopping in Williams. The bed was comfortable and clean. But the room is old and could use a little more attention when they are cleaned.

I didn't like having to get on a stool to climb on the bathroom counter to turn the air conditioner on and off I'm only 5 ft so that was an ordeal. Otherwise we really didn't have any problems considering the affordable cost of the hotel.
It was just right for the money..adorable and right in town we walked to everything. I like a firm bed, my would have preferred softer. The female manager on duty was super friendly and accommodating.

The water pressure in the shower was painfully low. That's my only complaint.
Staff was friendly and accommodated my trailer. Good location with a major grocery store a little over a block away. If you're looking for a decent place on the inexpensive side, this place is great.

If you're like me, in to low budget motels, this is recommended. It's old, vintage, and used, but it's fresh and the people are nice.

Bathroom too small and needing a better cleaning. No breakfast at all.
Good location for visiting the Grand Canyon, 50 min away from the park entrance. Nice and funny lady welcomed us to the hotel and indicated places to eat. free parking and Wi-Fi.
