Im a smoker, and I respect the fact that I can't smoke inside the establishment, but standing or sitting on a sidewalk is very uncomfortable! A bench would be great to sit on for comfort on my tailbone, and getting up off the ground for an older guy isn't the easiest either! Also, there seemed to be a problem with a neighbor (217) that was put out of his room by his room mate. He was knocking at their door at 2:00 am for about 20 minutes before I opened my door and told him that other people can hear him knocking as well. He was in his underwear with no shirt. I warned him that he didn't want me to call the desk over this. He understood me though he was Latino, and didn't speak English to me, but stopped knocking!

Location was fine. I came to tour Lancaster, so it was close enough without having to put up with downtown traffic, and close enough to the highways to get you there within reasonable time.

Pool had no deep in at all. The deep spot was just above my waste. Breakfast was not good and very very limited.

Almost at the end of my stay at the hotel, the gardener, while caring for the plants planted along the fence and near my parking lot, blew all the dirt with dry leaves and insects onto my car. My car was covered in black dust and debris from the flower beds. When I told the man from the front desk about this, he only looked at my car and dryly apologized, without offering to somehow make amends for the hotel's guilt for what had happened. I had to spend more than an hour cleaning my car from this dirt. This spoiled my mood and impression of this hotel.

I liked the balcony room. Also, liked the breakfast, but it could have been better (needs more variety of food).

The bath tub was squeaky like an old wooden stairway. It wouldn't bother me, but if my partner would be sleeping and I would decide to take a shower, it would definitely wake him up... Wake anyone up. And as I mentioned above I didn't like the front desk lady at our check in. I found a problem with one middle aged front desk lady (no teeth, which I think should not be accepted for a front desk employee). It's a first impression of the whole experience! So the first impression was not good! She was also loud and rushed through people, didn't make anyone feel welcomed, and kept no eye contact with the guests checking in.

It was clean, comfortable and in a nice area. Decent location, there was an Amazing restaurant a mile away. I found a problem with the staff, especially one middle aged front desk lady (no teeth, which I think should not be accepted for a front desk employee). It's a first impression of the whole experience! So the first impression was not good! She was also loud and rushed through people, didn't make anyone feel welcomed, and kept no eye contact with the guests checking in. On the other hand we met HEATHER, the next morning and she was very nice, smiled at each guest, made small talks, gave compliments, so that was a pleasant surprise. There was no coffee at the breakfast area and she fixed the issue in literally 2 minutes. She just made people feel welcomed.

The furniture in the lobby was cheap and not very clean. An updated Lobby is needed. The ironing board cover was filthy, and there was a rather bad stain on the curtain around the bedding

I stayed in room 210. While everything was clean showers need an upgrade or deep clean they look old/stained but it was clean.

It was clean, staff was nice, beds were comfy.

The hotel was very tired. The room needed the bathroom redone. The caulking was dirty ( not the housekeepers fault), it needed new paint, new carpet in the room etc.

The gentleman at the front desk could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable during our stay.

The breakfast that was offered was not very good. The muffins and bread were very stale. And the milk was a little on the sour side. Overall the breakfast was very disappointing. The beds are extremely soft. By the next morning my back was hurting.
