Indoor pool was closed for maintenance.

Updated, spacious condo. Liked the screened in patio & view of the lake. Staff was friendly. The dryer did not work, called front desk & maintenance came quickly & got it fixed.

There was a door that led to another room I guess? It had a dog in it and it barked a lot like it was practically in our room- so that was not very good. We didnt expect to have a dog.

No restaurant on the property like other westgates that I have visited.

The value of what we got for the price. There was no dock/slip for our boat or launch had to drive 15min to big cedar to put in our boat, dock it at their resort every night and store the boat. We will not stay there again because of it. Not enough amenities for the price compared to others on the lake.

Booking.com quoted $180 a night and I got charged $270 a night . I will never use this system again . There is no way to dispute the sale , very bad way to do business

Check in process was tedious. Wish there was an online system available with coded entry. Did early check in that morning with the idea when room was ready I could come back and get the key card and settle in. When I was told the room was ready I had to still go through other check-in procedures which required waiting in a line for 25 minutes as there was only 1 attendant. Not the most efficient check-in process.

Wonderful accommodations with an amazing view of the lake. The beds were very comfortable.

Would like a water access path from Westgate to enjoy the lake but since there was nothing it was pointless to be near a lake but not use it unless you had a boat.

View was pretty and close to things in Hollister.

Our room had no view, and felt a little like a cave. The property also felt a little old and had numerous small maintenance items that were undone.

The beds were comfortable, the water tasted great, and the A/C was great.

I didn't get bothered by this, but other ppl might. Maybe put ppl with pets in the same area. Dogs were barking all night.

This place was a beautiful place to stay. Very clean, the staff was wonderful. Location was close to everything. We will be staying here again.

I am absolutely sure I put a new outfit in the small closet nest to the bed. I was going to wear it the next day but it was warmer temps so took something else. I am certain I left it there and the next day before anyone checked in, it was gone. So the staff just got a new outfit. It’s too bad honesty is not a part of working there.

We didn't know there was breakfast. Free WiFi would be nice. Other than that our stay was perfect!

The property was so dirty. The floors in our room were so dirty that our feet were turning black. We asked them to come clean them but it did nothing. There were also tons of bugs inside our room. Dead bugs on towels, flies everywhere, small gnats in the bathrooms. We requested a late discharge and we’re granted that, house keeping still came and waltzed right into our room to start cleaning while we were trying to load up. The indoor pool was full of bugs as well. One of my children didn’t want to swim anymore due to the bugs.

The saving grace of this property was the view of the lake.

The couches definitely need to be replaced and/or cleaned. Wrong choice for flooring cuz you can definitely hear the stomping from the people above you. What a shame staff can not see the dead tree we looked at as we sat on our deck. It definitely did not die just yesterday, it’s been dead for quite awhile.

Nicely updated INSIDE. Comfortable beds.

My Bedding had Blood / Slept on the couch the first night Ant infestation No Heat had to have Maintenance man there 3 times in one night .

The staff were very nice and tried to fix all of the issues .
