Late check-in. 4pm is really late. Rude night shift lady. Was very rude when we called about a fight outside our window at 0330 am. Pillows. I probably would not stay again due to late check-in.

Having a parking lot facing room at the end of the hotel. The walk is close to exit/entry, but no tables and chairs are nearby to sit and relax. The fireplace wasn't functioning g properly

There was no room cleaning or linen service for the 8 nights we were there. Not that we weren't capable of doing things ourselves, its just that when you're on vacation these services are what make it feel like a vacation.

It was a great place. Had some issues with obnoxious noisy people above us the first night but we asked to be moved and then everything was great. Nice pool, BBQ available to use. Glad they had a laundry center there. Its not close enough to walk to the strip or Wal Mart or a mall, but there is a shuttle you can use if the time of the run suits you. Overall it was very good.

We had an issue with our heat the first night and it was extremely cold the first night. Maintenance fixed the issue the next day!

very clean, quiet and great location away from the strip. the shuttle buses were great for getting around. Food truck was onsite so that was also a plus.

The room in general was very clean, but the floor could’ve used a mopping. Also, the rooms are on the small side with very large furniture, so there’s not much space to move around.

Great value — we got a 1-BR suite with full kitchen and living area and separate bedroom for less than the price of a hotel room! Parking was convenient right outside the unit, and the wifi worked well. Staff was very responsive when we needed extra things for the room. And the location was within a short drive to the Strip, with lots of restaurants close by-by.

I didn’t like the noise coming from Flamingo Road as my room faced the street. I didn’t like the smoking area right near my room.

I liked the location and proximity to where I needed to go as well as nearby stores and shops. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

While we appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, we were unaware of the selective drop off points and times beforehand.

Great for a family stay. Gated property with good security , felt happy for the kids to explore .

Internet connection was really slow (download about 3 Mbit, upload 4 Mbit). There is no restaurant in the area. If you get room on ground floor, you will hear steps from the room above you.

When we arrived and checked-in, we got a room, where was smell of weed, but a very friendly lady at the reception desk changed the room for a bigger and better one. Original room was also nice (except the smell of weed). We really enjoyed stay here and can recommend this resort, especially for families with kids. There is also nice swimming pool + whirlpool. We appreciated the free parking here and free shuttle to the LV strip.

The pet fee. Our dog doesn't shed so the amount they charged was excessive. There was hair in the bathroom corners on the floor.

Staff was very helpful! Taco truck was on location. That was an added bonus! Felt very safe with the gates and guards. We will definitely stay there again!

This time we stayed here it felt more like an apartment complex. Not the same experience.

I love the property overall. Last time we stayed here it really did feel like a retreat getaway. Customer service is excellent, really above and beyond.

our only complaint is that the pool was being remodeled and we had no warning. That was a big part of our plans and going over to the other property made it inconvenient.
