A lot of steps down to village.

It is a complete upscale studio home away from home footsteps from The Village. The staff was exemplary and even allowed us to do an early check in. Prior to that they let us park and gave us a temporary card to use the gym/spa.

In the room, it’s only one king size bed with a sofa bed. If you’re traveling with a friend, it would be nice to have two queen size bed instead of a sofa bed, which is very hard to sleep. After you get up from that sofa bed your body it’s very sore Even if you are a member of Marriott, Bon boy, you still don’t get any privileges at your property

The room, especially the fireplace, really relaxing retiring back to the room after a long day out in the mountains. Location was good too as it is near to village with good food and drinks

When checking in staff member couldn’t find my reservation somehow it was under a different name. Brought my dog, staff was very kind to my golden retriever

Valet personnel were very willing to help. Service was fast with room service. location was excellent for shopping, food along with evening entertainment.

Seems like the hotel is right across the street from the Village with restaurants/shopping areas, however it’s situated on a hillside and you must climb many steps to get from hotel to Village, or drive, or request a shuttle from the hotel.

Room was great, spacious studio with king bed and sofa pull out, chair and coffee table, very clean upon arrival. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare food and cook, bed was super comfortable. Spacious refrigerator, which was available for our use and not prefilled with refreshments they want you to purchase. Freezer section actually froze my blue ice packs for our return trip home. Front desk staff exceptional- so friendly and helpful. Restaurant was excellent, enjoyed several nice meals and complimentary Starbucks coffee in the lobby each morning. Elevator was close to room, a dog friendly hotel, appreciated the relief areas close to hotel entrance and parking, with poo bags and trash receptacle, very convenient for dog walking early and late. Parking was underground and secure. Enjoyed our stay!

1 lift out of order and we were on the 5th floor so it was a challenge as a lot of waiting time, as the lift was always busy. The service and food in the restaurant wasn’t very good. We ordered drinks and my husbands arrived. After another 15 mins mine and my son’s hadn’t turned up so we reminded the waitress. Then my son got his and and mine eventually arrived after my food It took about 30mins!

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Super friendly and welcoming staff and fabulous facilities including a large pool in the mountains. Great room with a kitchen and easily the best hotel of our stay. In the town, so plenty of restaurants and fabulous trails and lake activities nearby.

It was only temporary, but there was some construction happening near or on-site. Not only that, but pool and jacuzzi weren’t functioning. Also, I got minor food poisoning from one of their breakfast items, but the staff and manager were extremely helpful & kind and even went out of their way to check in and refund a few fees in our stay - including that entire breakfast order.

The location is right next to the Mammoth Village and has easy access to the surrounding area of Mammoth Lakes.

The variety of food choices was limited.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The property was clean and well laid out. They even got us in to our room 4 hours early upon check in.

Beautiful property in the heart of Mammoth. Two bedroom suite with kitchen was perfect for our group of 5. Plenty of room with one on the couch. Appreciated the water bottles, dishwasher detergent, coffee. Found staff to be friendly, helpful, and responsive.
