Nothing made this property bad in any way.

Loved the location! We were in 105 - a one bedroom, and it was quite nice. The pool was directly out back, the canal was behind the pool and beautiful. We caught some catfish. The beach was beautiful and just across the street.

Safe, clean and only steps from the beach. Resort Manager named Carol was very helpful and kind.

I can't think of a thing.

The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, coffee maker, pots, pans, etc. Bathrooms were very clean with no mold. Laundry facilities were available on site.

Amazingly clean and well appointed! We loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back! The staff, the pool, the bay and proximity to beach are all fantastic!

The only thing I didn’t like was that the office was closed in Wednesday, so we had to wash towels to shower and purchase paper products. We didn’t have extra garbage bags to replace when we left.

The condo was beautiful and spacious. The location was great. The office staff was helpful.

The sofa mattress was only springs, not comfortable. The TV and control for queen bedroom did not work, and we tried multiple times with and without the controller.

Easy access to the Gulf waters. Pool very warm and water clean. Outside sitting area on the bay side very pleasant and relaxing. All appliances worked well, and there was adequate supply of dishes, silverware, and glasses.

Our unit had a smell to it, that really hit you when you walked in! Don’t know if if was cleaning agents or musty! There was very little room in the bathroom to put your things! The bathroom drain was pretty clogged, and it was hard to get hot water in the sink!

The grounds and outside areas were beautiful and well kept !

Perfect location near everything you could want for a fun weekend or longer. Clean, comfortable and quiet area. Residents and staff were friendly. Easy to get to and park close to unit, safe. Walk or short drive to grocery and restaurants. Across the street from the beach! Awesome to have nice beach chairs and towels to use!

The front door made so much noise opening and closing. We hated using it because we worried about bothering the neighbors. That loud😬 Used the back door as much as possible.

A balcony, lol

Loved that it faced a sheltered waterway and yet was minutes from the beach. So many places within walking distance made it easy to shop and eat. Other guests were friendly and staff was extremely helpful.

The lady on reception couldn't do enough for us and was really welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast sat out on the inlet was amazing as was the fishing from the Dock. The place was clean and location is perfect.

During our trip to Miami, my daughters, grandson, and I stayed at this place for two nights. Clean, spacious, and had a great view from the windows. There is a beach across the street with white sand. It is perfect!

THE ELEVATOR was not working. I am disabled and stairs are difficult for me. There were a few items that could have been supplied or needed to be replaced. Kitchen SCISSORS are rusty and nasty. UTENSILS are minimal. COFFEE! You could at least supply coffee for more than one pot. Even the prepackaged kind with sugar and creamer. LIGHTS! There was one lamp with no bulb at all. Your instruction sheet states to bring sheets and towels to office and to sweep the floor. Why is this not included? We paid a cleaning fee.

Overall, a nice unit. Simply needs some attention to detail.

Fridge was set to cold and there was no chance to change settings, mattress was worn out and not flat-we ended up in the middle, remote from tv didnt have batteries

Location is perfect when you travel with little kids-walking distance to groceries and to the beach, great warm pool, super quiet, beautiful view, grill with free gas
