Showers for a handicap person. Loved the shower itself but your setup allows so much water on the floor of the bathroom. A lot of exposure to you for falling. My husband had to mop the floor each time before I got out of the shower to ensure I didn't fall. Also, I did not care for the room facing the street. I could tell we were the only room with people as no one else was on the balcony and can understand why since the street is not a great place to enjoy your coffee. Do you have handicap rooms facing the pool area? I was disappointed in this and will let other handicap friends know of these limitations. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

We were booked to stay in the presidential suite but the heat wasn't working and so the staff switched us to the Sweetgrass Inn and added on valet service. We would stay at the Sweetgrass Inn again.

The entire resort was handicapped accessible, which was important to me. Very relaxing.

Loved my room - overlooked the pool, and could see the ocean in the distance. The bathroom was lovely, the whole room was clean and the bed comfortable. Really loved it. Also, LOVE the spa!!

I loved everything about this property

This is definitely one of my favorite. First time here and the room the view the short walk to the beach the food the staff everything was just perfect. I will definitely come back. And i love how the whole set up was. It was like a little town just beautiful

Too far away from the beach. Service to the room very untimely. Did not service one day and beat on the door at 8:20 another day. Pricing for drinks and food extremely high.

Boardwalk Inn did not serve complimentary coffee in the mornings which I feel should be included at the price we pay. Also they were out of towels for 3 of the 4 days we were there. There are not enough umbrellas at the family pool.

I love it here. I come several times a year. They staff was friendly and accommodating. The food/drinks were great. Love the facility- it offers a lot: access to the beach and the pool, Restaurants onsite, things to do in a walking distance. Shops on site. Spa onsite.

I did not like that there were not a lot of garbages by the pools, so people left their garbage all over the pool area. I hated the little unattended kids in the hottub. I hated the bar closed at 9 and nothing to do. I really hated that the room next to us was smoking pot on the balcony knowing my kids were outside.

We loved the actual room and pool view.

Several of the employees of the hotel were either non helpful or just didn’t do their job, such as calling for a valet when asked then just not doing.

Parking was not convenient unless you paid for valet. I think the rate was a bit high considering the room wasn’t amazing and breakfast was not included. There wasn’t fresh coffee available in the lobby unless you bought it from the restaurant.

This a great place but in the end it is a hotel near the beach. I have traveled all over the world and been in some really luxurious properties. The price is ridiculous to start with and then when you add the tax and tourism fee which adds close to $350 a night on top is just insane. We paid basically 1,300. A night. Never used the pool because it was a mob scene, the beautiful lobby was so littered with people all weekend you could hardly walk through it, and there was no adjustment made for us in price the first night when our plane got in late and we weren’t able to check in until 11pm.

I wish that they had another casual outside restaurant for dinner. The main restaurant was expensive and meals seemed a little heavy for a beach atmosphere.

We ate outside at the Boardwalk hotel. Sever was great and breakfast was wonderful. Loved eating on the deck.
