The TVs could only play DVDs. However there is a decent selection available for renting in the foyer.

The room was lovely. It was very spacious and comfortable, and the jacuzzi and sauna in the room was incredible. The facilities on site were also great and we enjoyed the pool.

There were 2 either laundry bag or trash bags that were left inside near the door once we arrived, and that's the chandelier in the dining room area was broken however, with a quick call, the maintenance came quickly and fixed the problems

That location was near water country, USA. The staff was friendly and helpful. The accommodations were cozy, clean, and homie feeling. The bathroom was spacious and nice with the Jacuzzi tub that we enjoyed. My family that traveled to Williamsburg, as well got to stay in the same location that I was in. I was really pleasantly surprised once I walked in. It's really nice. If I ever visit Williamsburg again, I will plan activities and things to see near this area so that I can stay at Vacation Village at Williamsburg again. 😊

The appliances were very old. Assuming circa 1990s or early 2000s, which is old for appliances. Dogs should be allowed.

The pool area was awesome! The apartment was a little outdated but very nice, larger than expected and very comfortable! The neighborhood was pretty quiet, we took a nice walk around.

I did not like the shared washer and dryer in the hallway for both units. All the other resorts have the washer/dryer unit in your room. I could not wash my clothes since the person below me washed clothes non stop for 2 days all day and all night with the noise of the unit going in the hall.

    Clean and spacious

Will keep coming back - but consistency is an issue

The main issue with this property is inconsistency. I have had 10/10 experiences ....and i've had 2-3/10 experiences. Most recent stay: - bugs all over the room (primarily the bathroom - some dead and some alive; I presume they recently treated the room as the bugs did not want to cross certain thresholds) - jetted tub had bugs crawling out of the jets. (I get it - who uses those things? I didn't -- but then why even have the jetted tubs if there is no feasible way to maintain them) - soap scum, hair in shower. - sometimes can get crazy party atmosphere (which is fine as long as everyone is respectful - not always the case) - front staff experience can sometimes be "interesting" (like - a lot of inter-staff drama etc. that could easily be hidden by going in the back or just waiting until the lobby was empty...lol)

Price cannot be beat for the area AND facilities, amenities overall. You would have to stay in a lot "shadier" of an area for a cheaper price. Can be "hit or miss" here. Mostly "hit" based on the area prices charged by other properties. If this place charged a "premium price" then it would not be worth it. Most recent stay, staff I encountered was very pleasant and efficient at check in. Units are large and generally comfortable. They seem to be doing a much better job controlling "wild parties" etc. (it was loud...but fun and friendly; I'm cool with that). A lot of people riding around on golf carts surveilling the property seems to do help identify potential problems. If you get a "chill" crowd (even if busy) and good housekeeping, this place would be a 10/10.

The Pushiness of time share staff and furniture needs softer cushions... Beds were to firm

The overall staff was very friendly and helpful... But the time share people were extremely pushy even after we said that we were not interested in purchasing.

I didn't like that there was no oven in my room I couldn't prepare pizza for the kids and they were super excited about it I stayed here several times and this is the only room I recall not having a oven maybe I'm wrong.. I requested a bottle floor because I have a handicap child and was not accommodated.. I've waited in line about 45 minutes to check in..

The location was close to food in the kidsburg park

It could just use some TLC, the cleaning service could be better. There were areas that could obviously use some deep cleaning like the hallway, shower/bathroom. We had diarrhea on our toilet but luckily I always travel with cleaning supplies. Other than that no complaints

Location, easily accessible, activities were great especially on Sunday with the DJ at the pool. The suite was good and had a lot of great features(balcony, kitchen, jacuzzi tub, laundry area)

It took us 20 minutes to check in because there was a very long line. It would be awesome if they offered some sort of breakfast dine in at the vacation stay.

The property was amazing and well kept. The facilities were clean. The bedroom was comfortable and posh. On top of that, the bathroom was huge!
