Very friendly owners, rooms have recently been updated

The bathroom looked like it was recently updated, and it looks great. The breakfast was great and the woman at the front desk was very sweet and helpful.

Beds/pillows could be better.

The front desk staff was amazing. Super friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast/coffee was great and beyond typical continental breakfast. Would stay here again if in the area.

The motel was very clean, well equiped and modern. Breakfast was great and the owner was very pleasant and helpful.

Only negative (like with EVERY motel these days) is that the lovely new bathroom sink has NO space for toilet articles. No vanity, just a skinny sink rim. Juggling the morning essentials was a challenge, but workable.

The staff was friendly, place was clean and quiet, and the bed was super comfortable.

K was wonderful — friendly, helpful The bathroom was especially nice — not only clean, but new shower, nice soap/shampoo/ body lotion supplies, good hair dryer. Bed was comfortable, temperature easy to adjust.

The beds were super firm and took a bit to get used to them. The breakfast room was small with only 2 tables. Luckily the weather was decent enough that we were able to sit outside and have our breakfast.

The rooms were very clean and modern. The breakfast was more than we expected with a variety of pastries, hot waffles, etc. The owner was extremely pleasant and very helpful especially when my glasses needed fixing and he fashioned a screwdriver out of a paperclip.

The breakfast area is very small. If the weather had been drier and warmer we would have taken our food to the patio next to the stream.

Clean, comfortable, conveniently located. Good price. Microwave and refrigerator in the room a plus. Liked the very modern bathroom. Loved the stream running alongside the property. Liked that we could open the window to hear the water and have fresh air. Liked the fresh fruit and warm boiled eggs. Especially liked Kay…he was very gracious.

Breakfast was excellent - even fresh fruit was provided along with cereals, waffles, pastries, coffee, real milk, etc.

A great little place. Very clean. The owner was great. Very helpful. We loved it. A nice change from the corporate chains. Fresh berries at breakfast. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Its a noisy corner, but that’s not the owners fault.

Nicely updated, attractive grounds and comfortable, clean rooms. With the babbling brook and autumn leaves drifting down, it was very picturesque, even on a busy corner, and being able to sit on the 2nd floor in the sun outside our 2nd floor room and look at the mountains was lovely. Better than expected breakfast. The proprietor, Kashyak, really cared about us and our experience.

Everything was great.

Bedroom was spacious with great WiFi, television, refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave. Bathroom was also spacious and looked new. Breakfast was great-lots of choices-boiled eggs, waffle maker, cold cereal, bagels, danish, juices, fruit (bananas, apples, mandarins), coffee and tea.

Nice breakfast - even had fresh berries! We liked that the coffee, eggs, and berries were all from the local area. The room was very clean and updated.

Bathroom very new and very clean. Had a rain shower. Near a creek running by property.

The new bathroom with a walk-in shower was great! Really appreciated the clean room. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

It is on Rte 7 which is a busy rural highway with lots of loud trucks. Definitely NOT quiet.

Nice staff, old but nice rooms and property-nice bathroom comfortable beds, openable windows a plus. Cozy indeed

The motel ownership was nice & friendly & helpful. I loved the mirror in the bathroom & toiletries. Providing a shower cap was wonderful. Location beautiful!!

Would have preferred to have scrambled or fried eggs available than just hard boiled. Obviously,the kitchen is very limited in what it can provide.

Nice variety.

The breakfast could have had some whole grain options for toasting. Some reviews mentioned eggs. I guess I didn't see them. To save on water and energy, it would be nice to have an option for guests to reuse towels for the second night.

Very good value for a reasonable price. Friendly staff. The rooms were updated and tastefully decorated. Bed was comfortable. Liked having good reading lights and windows that can be opened -- even a small window next to the AC to get cross breeze. The seating area near the brook was lovely, and outside each room were nice Adirondack chairs with a table in between..

It was so pretty. And they had such nice Thoughtful touches. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit. I would probably add yogurt. The staff were so genuinely kind.
