I did not like that it did not serve breakfast and the key that they use is so difficult to get in their rooms

The location was wonderful they do not serve any of the other amenities no breakfast you have nothing but just a room

When we arrived the hotel was being renovated and changed. So the pool was closed and the back building was open, we were not aware of such. We did not get any emails to in regarding these issues. the bathroom was dirty, with two dead bugs still on the floor. Toilet and shower were both dirty. But the staff were very friendly and had positive attitudes. We stayed bc we drove hours to get there and nothing else had any vacancy.

housekeeping is very rude and inconsiderate. or check out is at 11am you shouldn’t be blaring music and yelling back and fourth to each other at 7am!!!!!

the place is fine, but for an emergency, I noticed a little dust everywhere, it seemed that they cleaned but not quite well.

Ok.Very sketchy area. We were in back of the building. There were a group of young adults hanging out infront of their place. Noisy but ok. There were 2 or 3 others on the otherside of the parking lot. Not sure if they were staying there but they made me feel very uneasy. About 8 pm the 2/3 kids were up by my room walkng all around. Just not a comfortable feeling. At 4am was woken to them screaming and laffing outside. I decided to call office oops phone i room does not work so i called 911. They must hsve shown up because noise stopped. When i checked out i reported incident to desk. He said NONE of the phones work! Not a good thing . Told him i called 911 and said he would speak to mgr. If i were staying there alone i would of been very nervous

Going through a remodel, and the front looks abandoned and a little sketchy, but drive around back and you'll find the office. The gentleman at check in was super nice. The rooms were decently clean; bed and linens were really clean. Cold air! It was a good price for a room we wouldn't be in very long. Definitely served our purpose.

the cleanliness. you can see water spots on the roof where the mold is still coming through. and right above the windows in room 303 are horrible. the AC unit needs an upgrade or needs to be repaired

there’s definitely some sketchy individuals that stay at this joint. appeared to be some drug use happening. But we’re all adults and that not my problem or my business.

the staff member that helped us check in was super friendly! there was a big fridge, which was nice for storing snacks, leftovers, and drinks. the bed was comfortable enough. also the property was only 10 min drive to the beach. wayyy more affordable than anything else in town, especially last min like myself.

Need blankets, not just a light bedspread. There is a law that motels on Market Street in Wilmington cannot take guests with local addresses. It is due to a clean up of prostitution and drug dealing. I had sold my house and needed a place to stay and I was turned away. After tears and anger, the desk fellow cleared my staying with his owner. It would be astute of you to upgrade this information re these motels with this information.

it was last minute travel plans. We didnt expect the pool outside our door which we loved. The beach is in perfect distance of the room. Not having to travel very far for food and entertainment

One of the beds in the room sounded as though it was going to fall apart and come tumbling down whenever someone got in or out of it. - metal clanking sounds., not just slight squeaks.

Motel- motor hotel , not a hotel, meaning you entered from outside. There were some shady guests there and we didn’t feel as safe, had we been in a place where you entered from the inside. No internet though we asked for a password- I think he made one up, because it never worked. I saw a couple of roaches, but otherwise, it was relatively clean. Linens, towels, washcloths seemed clean. No breakfast I don’t think? We knew it was cheap, so you get what you paid for. The pictures on the Internet are accurate.

It had a pool and it was near shops and restaurants in Wilmington.

Close to everything we needed …. Old but clean. No lounge chairs by the pool. We had beach chairs to use. Pool clean and big. Good water pressure in shower

Not very clean or updated outside. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable and loud ( the bottom of bed was metal and sounded like a drum every time you moved on it)
