I did know about the ongoing construction prior to my booking and stay, but with that being said, not being able to access anything in the hotel, except basically, my room was a bit unfortunate.

Only one or two lifts in use. Fitted carpet colour seems unexciting brown patterned but that did not worry me as I'm not into colour ordination. Maybe brown empathise of the fitted carpet in hall ways and rooms hide dirt patches and stains better?

For a repacked breakfast it was basically good. I could use the microwave in thr room to heat up the sausage cheese, lettuce burger with sauce, (why no sliced tomato or beetroot)If patron or guest of the hotel was still hungry then there was Alby sit in or take away making quick burgers, etc Also in the repacked breakfast there was orange juice, small fruit salad container, Waffle or similar small round cake, a snack bar. Repacked breakfasts were available because of hotel renovations on the bottom floor where there would be a bar area, breakfast/dining room, maybe a sitting lounge with large TV, and seperate gym room to be fully renovated by mid year 2024 (hopefully!) Hotel suites were neat and roomy. Effective light block curtains; A nice compact reddish sofa. The King size bed was comfortably soft, the LG 60 inch swivel TV was clear with many channels, although commercials were like compound fractures lasting 4 minutes every 4 minutes seemingly, but that's normal in the USA! In the room there was a microwave, a coffee maker machine, ironing board, good size bathroom with wooden luggage platform, then through archway there was a bath and shower, and toilet. The way the toilet flushed was thorough like a sucking in water effect quickly levelling up again. There was hot water when having a shower or bath. There were no noisy guests when I stayed on the 5th floor. Only 4th and 5th floor hotel suites available st the time but at least 3 more floors should be done by mid 2024 year.

No hot water - I couldn’t take a shower because the hot water wouldn’t get hot enough - I think it’s bc of the construction

The front desk staff are all wonderful - very sweet girls each one and super helpful - comfortable beds and room - breakfast bags were good too

The main curtains (not the sheers) would not close in center of window because rods did not extend all the way across. So if you wanted to sleep or nap during any daylight time, the light would shine into the room.

They never once made our bed. Only one time did they come in and do a few things.

It was ok. 3rd time there. Never have been able to use pool. Down all 3 times.
