Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The whole property was a little worn. The elevators didn't work half the time. (We took the stairs mostly.) The shower was weak and pitiful. I couldn't have washed the soap out of my thick hair with that weak stream of water.
Went to Chick Fil A for breakfast. It was more appealing than what was offered at the hotel. The bed was outstanding.

Terrible coffee, in my opinion. I brought my own coffee maker second visit. The first visit room smelled great on 4th floor. The second visit on the first floor had an odd smell.
Nice hotel. Breakfast typical offering. Liked they had bananas.

There was like a sticky residue on the side table next to the bed where I'd put my phone. The light switch in the bathroom took a little while to work/turn on. I think it was damaged which caused it to not switch on properly.

Our room was extremely musty. We dealt with it because it was crowded during this particular weekend. But the room odor was very unpleasant and maybe even unhealthy.
Great location with a solid free breakfast. Nice staff throughout and also liked the pool and gym.

The room had this really strange awful "musty" type smell about it. Also, absolutely hated the bathroom light. It circled the mirror and wasn't that bright. The buttons for the light were strange-I left it on and closed the door most of the way so we would have a little light to go by in the middle of the night but for some strange reason, it went off a couple times and left us in darkness. Also thought the price was a little "high" for just one night but location was what we wanted.
I liked the fact that the rooms were very spacious and seemed very clean especially the bathroom. I liked the location since it was only about 1/2 mile from the relatives we needed to visit.

Found molded food in the floor by headboards, and a dirty sock. The bathtub is shaped weird causing difficulty for husband to stand in shower.

Rooms were a bit “dinged”up and could do with some touch ups as it was fairly scuffed up. Also, tv was very limited with choices for channels, no coffee pot in room which was stated on the info for the room when booking and the pool didn’t seem like it was the cleanest unfortunately. There’s just a few minor things that could be touched up but not to the point it impacted our stay to where we wouldn’t choose to stay at the hotel again either.
Room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Lighting was good too in the room and especially the bathrooms.

Having fruit and cold cereal options would have made the breakfast buffet better.
Breakfast was pretty good, buffet style. It consisted of scrambled eggs, link sausages, different breads (sliced bread, bagels, etc..), pastries, oatmeal, waffle irons to make your own waffles. Drink options were various juices, coffee and water. I had the scrambled eggs, sausage and toast, and orange juice. All were good. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel wi-fi was very good. Hotel front desk staff were very friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Surfaces could have used a little more thorough cleaning, esp. fridge and microwave.
Great location. Room is spacious and cleanliness is about as expected. Friendly staff, ample parking, appreciated that there was free WIFI.
