You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThey really need to offer adult sized pillows. The pillows that were on the bed were half the size of a normal pillow and were so thin. We even asked for additional pillows and they were all the same.
Convenient location to our event and lots of places to go in the immediate area.

United States of AmericaThe pillows were horrible. I had a king bed. There were 4 toss pillow size pillows. And whatever stuffing in them was lumpy and very uncomfortable. There was also what looked like a private area hair in the bathroom sink. I paid the same price at another hotel 4 days prior. It was an exceptional hotel. I guess I was expecting the same since I was paying the same price.
The staff at the front desk was really nice and helpful. I liked that there was a small store area where you could purchase snacks.

United States of AmericaFront desk was notified we were going shopping and to notify us if our dog was causing a disturbance. He said” we aren’t a kennel. You cannot leave your dog alone in the room even if he’s in a kennel. Hotels that claim to be pet friendly should have this in the amenities section. Our dog is not usually disruptive and he stays in his kennel while we are away. So unless your policy changes we won’t be back. We came to shop at Concord Mills, but that was limited due to our dog having to go with us everywhere.
