There were no towels or spare blankets at hand. No soap. The waiting saloon isn't very comfy. The elevator was broken.

I could make a late check in. Staff was friendly and deligent. I could leave my luggage after check out.

The outside looked kinda sketch, but that may have been because I rolled up around 1 in the morning. It was better when I woke up. The bathroom was slightly dirty, but the bed area was really rather clean.

The bed was really comfortable with good material. The price was excellent for the value, but be aware that there is a cleaning fee of around $20 not included in the quoted price. The staff was friendly. It was close to a bus line, which was nice.

Bedroom was really small with no room for bags and no lockers. Only one bathroom with shower and restroom in the same place for the whole house if I remember right. Very far from the city centre. Not a hostel vibe, it is more of an expat starting new life kind of place. No alcohol allowed.

Overall clean. Nice staff. Washer and dryer avalaible and not too expensive with coin machine. Comfy bed. Grocery shop close by.

The room was small and had no storage whatsoever besides a small closet. There was only one bathroom for at least 8 people.

The other guests were very nice and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable for sleeping. The bathroom was clean. It's close to the airport.

The neighbors play extremely loud music through the night until early morning hours, and no one does anything about it, or at least warns potential bookers, there is no place to store your luggage in the incredibly small rooms, so you have to attempt to sleep with it all on the bed with you, other guests have no respect for sleeping people, having loud conversations right outside of the bedroom doors, leaving bedroom doors wide open, as people are trying to sleep, going in and out, causing repeated, continuous sleep disturbances for other guests, forcefully brandishing their perceived rights to not have to even attempt to try to be polite to other guests who are trying to sleep, by attempting to keep the noise level to a decent level and minimize the amount of light going into the bedrooms when people are trying to sleep, by closing the door after going through it rather than just leaving it wide open to keep people trying to sleep awake until they have to get our of bed to close it after them every single time.

There was a coffee maker and a place to eat my breakfast.

The shared space is a room that sectioned off into "cubicles". The people inside the sectioned off cubicles did not respect others are inside the room, meaning they would talk loudly, watch movies without headphones, or turn on the light at 3am. Also the location that Google Maps pulls up isn't the location of the actual place.

almost impossible to understand who was responsible for this place. Feeling that we were unwelcome on arrival. Bathroom was shockingly dirty. I really don’t know what the cleaning fee was for. A guy sharing our room started talking loudly at midnight, and started moving and banging things very loudly at 2 am. My girl friend didn’t feel safe

Make sure the correct address is listed. The house is in Hialeah, NOT Miami. I went to the wrong address, then had to drive 20 mins to get to the right address. House smelled like fish and grease. Too warm, they need to turn on the AC. Shower handle is broken and water temperature cannot be adjusted to a comfortable setting. Only hot water available. The people talk nonstop early in the morning and sometimes late at night. They keep making noise with cooking utensils. Too many people at location for it to only have one entrance/exit, which can be a safety hazard. Numerous people coughing and yacking or laughing out loud with regards for other guests. I counted nearly a dozen people in what seems to be a 3br 1 ba house. Host needs to make sure some basic items are available for guests, like an iron, clean towels, better pillows, etc... The person that answers the phone for this place doesn't speak English, which cause guests to waste time trying to figure out simple things.

There was no breakfast, but it was clean.
