They don't have a coffee pot in the room or any hand towels

Did not realize they had a refrigerator, stove and a dishwasher. That is definitely a plus but they don't have a coffee pot in the room

We had really noisy upstairs neighbors from the moment we arrived around 7:30 PM until around 1 AM! We had multiple conversations with Brian the security, front desk personnel. He was very helpful in communicating with me and supposedly with the short term noisy neighbors! He was able to get a room for us on the first floor around 1:30 PM after mentioning a call to the local police! We made a payment to stay there and quiet hours begin at 10PM! That did not happen and should not happen because short term renters have uncontrollable children! We will not recommend or stay there again!!

We liked having a kitchen and the price was ok. Water was hot!

The mattress which is on top of the metal shelf, it is not stable, it keeps moving when lean on it. The bed is not comfortable. And the neighbor was noise, bad luck, didn’t get a good sleep.

The staff is friendly. It has all the kitchen stuff you need.

The lobby is too small (very small) with a bad design, the elevator is old and the bed isn't comfortable. There were no cooking utensils in the Kitchnette to prepare food.

The room and the bathroom are spacious.

People were smoking on our floor and since there is no staff working at night we couldn't report it. No room service. The towels were thin and cheap. The shower head for water was trickling water. They make us take out our trash to the dumpster.

    Location was perfect.

Would love a hot tub and some of the vending machines rows aren't working for those late night munchies.

Friendliness of staff that helped with check in/out and directions as GPS wasn't working. Central location for our purposes in Tukwila. Very quiet

The electronic room key system was down throughout my stay, so I had to be let into my room by a staff member each time I returned to my room. It was a huge inconvenience, however, the staff was great and super attentive, so it ended up being just fine.

OK, on arrival there was a homeless guy having a very loud argument with reception (this is an ongoing theme). Lots of obvious drug use, halls, lift and exterior areas smell of weed. Room booked for four people had two cups, two glasses, two forks... Etc, no coffee maker in the room and the free coffee in the lobby? Undrinkable. When we asked for an extra pillow we were told to go buy some at Walmart. We actually went to the local goodwill and bought a kettle, extra cutlery and so on, to make the room seem less like a prison camp. Shower is useless, dribbles five jets of water from a shower head fastened six feet up on the wall. Our room also had a phone socket hanging off the wall with exposed wires. Stayed nearly three weeks, housekeeping never cleaned in that time, not even to sweep the floor. I guess that explains the ant infestation in the room. It felt like it should have been significantly cheaper than it was. Buying our own cutlery, pillows and kettle in a suite being marketed to tourists seems remarkable.

The location is good, handy for the airport and the mall, also only 25 minutes into Seattle downtown (or take light rail from tukwila Park and ride) . Lots of different restaurant options nearby. Full size fridge with a large freezer compartment. Air conditioning. On site laundry facilities that take card payments.

It’s an extended stay with kitchenettes, so you do smell the aroma of cooking in the hallways.

The staff were accommodating kind and professional. The water temperature was perfect and the shower was great. The bed linen were fresh smelling. The room cleanliness exceeded most hotels in that price range.

The beds were not comfortable. The sheets kept coming off every time you moved you had to get up and put the sheet back on . The air conditioner did not cool the room down. Had it on 65 and it was still hot in there. There’s no breakfast available at the hotel or no swim pool. The rooms do not have coffee makers . For being a suite there was no where to sit except for two kitchen chairs The room next to us had dogs that bark every time you walk by or they heard a noise . There was construction in the parking lot . There is not a lot of dishes or silverware. Some of the dishes were not clean.

The room was clean. The Hotel was not far from the airport and closed to restaurants the mall and fun center. The staff was very friendly.

Seemed like it was a newer property but the inside was very worn out. Needs updating. Also was not very clean. Walls were stained and found hairs on my bed and in the bathroom. Check in took longer than what I am used to. When I checked in was told they didn't get the payment from Booking and I mentioned it multiple times and she assured me had not been charged even though I showed her the charge on my card. I ended getting charged twice.

The location was good. Bed was comfortable.

Heavy pot smoke. No soap, staff said they ran out. Dishwasher had dirty dishes and also noodles stuck on door. AC didn't seem to work. Microwave was dirty. We did not use any of these things. Basically it was the no soap that was the biggest issue. I was too tired to drive to get some. Not sure I would stay there again

The staff was polite. The bed was comfortable but pillows smelled of cigarettes

The toilet was very uncomfortable. It had no toilet seat lid so if you leant back you'd be hitting the toilet tank. The seat had hard edges and curved up in the back which made it hard to sit back enough. It was too high. The bathtub didn't have a bench to sit on and the hotel didn't provide a shower chair to use. The bathroom sink was moderately accessible: my knees and arrests still hit the vanity and I couldn't reach everything unless I sat on the edge of my wheelchair seat which a lot of disabled folks can't too. The kitchen really isn't accessible. The fridge opens into a corner, there's no space for a wheelchair to fit under the cooktop or kitchen sink. The cookware, silverware, and dishware are lacking. There's only 2 of everything and the one pot and one pan provided are tiny, you can hardly cook in them. The bed: it's way too high for a disabled person. The pillows are mostly air and deflate when you put your head on them. They are small and do not fit a king sized bed. The blanket is also small and does not fit a king size bed so if you're sharing a bed with someone both people will not be covered. Speaking of two guests, there is no desk or table big enough for two people to eat at. Overall I had to spend hundreds of dollars on bigger cookware, a folding table to eat at, a chair for the shower, cushions for the toilet, another blanket, etc. And that's just the room. Getting into the hotel is difficult as well. There are multiple doors you have to go through, some that only unlock with your room key card, and are not automatic doors. The handicap spots are always taken so you're basically going to be stuck taking up two spaces in the back of the parking lot just to have room to get your wheelchair out. It would be great if there were accessible parking spots that corresponded with the accessible rooms.

Great location, not too busy but close to everything you need. Comfortable mattress. Spacious room and bathroom. Good refrigerator. Good TV. Yummy tuna salad with crackers snack in the vending machine.
