The place is huge, clean, has everything you need, bed is comfy, nature surrounding the barn is absolutely stunning, the owner Antonia, went out of her way to make things even better than we expected for our trip.. all in all it's a perfect 10! We did not receive the key collection information until we had arrived, but we soon sorted ourselves out & found the keys easily. Need to top up the kitchen equipment, cutlery & mugs for example.

The beds were very comfy. The very efficient wood burner & use of logs. Complimentary wine. General comfort of the living area & feel of the cabin.

Not the fault of the cabin but our knees had a hard time going up and down the stairs since the bedroom was upstairs.

Information about how to get in was sparse, and access to keys took some extra effort. I didn't know the host would mail instructions to the address in my Booking.com account (obsolete) or try to text the number listed (a land line). So it took a phone call to find out how to get the keys (at an offsite location). Booking.com's instructions weren't accurate.

Loved the rustic cabin and lovely, private location in a natural setting. Host had thought of every detail to make the cabin comfortable.

It was absolutely perfect! The cabin was clean and comfy. I am very sensitive to smells, and it was fresh as a daisy. We enjoyed the wildlife, and most of all, the quiet.

We were there for a wedding and wished we could've stayed longer:)

The scenery was breathtaking. The grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed everything about our stay. We liked having coffee under the pergola. We'd watch the cows on their morning and afternoon trips to the watering hole. We love art and were surrounded by it. We will DEFINITELY return

You should probably make a note somewhere how to get the water in the tub to switch to shower. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to pull up on the bar piece located on the tub facet. I would like it better if you just turned the gigantic living room into a gigantic bed room with a sitting area and stuff. I didn’t like having to go downstairs in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.

Loved the location, how secluded it was. It was super clean. The host made it easy to know what to do. The amount of deer and wildlife was awesome. It was better than staying in a hotel by far.

We think there's either squirrels or bats living in the rafters or walls that provided some late night entertainment! I think some sort of light at the end of the road and driveway would be helpful as it's very dark coming home in the evenings.

The cabin felt like we were staying in Abe Lincoln's homestead! The exposed logs and fireplace were just beautiful! Loved the primitive decor and furnishings. The extra touches like the bottle of wine and chocolates plus the card were so sweet! Definitely not the service you'd expect at a hotel.

Wow!! Everything was amazing. Nice to get away from work and a busy life . Takes you back to the good old days. Cabin was just what me and the wife needed. In 10 minutes you can shop and eat ,nothing is too far away. Sitting on the porch and only hearing nature is so nice in the afternoons . Bed was so comfortable plenty of pillows. Wood stove was very nice. Kitchen was very nicely stocked with the things that you may need.

Owner needs to purchase cotton sheets for the bed. The sheets and covers were so slick (polyester; like "sleeping on a shower curtain," my wife said), they fell to the floor the first night, due also to the fact that the floor and bed are quite unlevel. Purchase a cotton comforter. Owner should level the bed so occupants don't slide into the middle of the bed, or onto the floor, at night.

I loved everything!

This place is a gem. I enjoyed quiet and solitude during my stay. The grounds are beautiful, and so was my room. The owners are wonderful, helpful, and very friendly. I enjoyed the spaces and serenity in the meditation garden. It was grounding, quiet, gorgeous, and I could get back in touch with nature. I'm coming back again and again. Property map, signage, trash bins, consistent description ( the walk to highest point was confusing and google maps took us through a private property. I still don't know what is the exact size of the farm and hay fields.

Plenty of pillows, covers and towels Great attention to details, flashlight, extension cord, fan, books, coffee maker, filters, cups, glasses ... huge fridge. Loved it.
