The morning staff who answered the phone was horrible. But when I arrived that afternoon, the staff was excellent and made us feel like home.

The parking got pretty full. I didn't like getting pitched a vacation time share upon arrival.

It was well laid out so everyone had a private balcony. Flowers were blooming everywhere. There were some archaeological sites, and the pool and hot tub were made to look like hot springs.

The groundskeepers where very diligent - however they tended to start work very early (7am) and the gas powered leaf blower going for 1 hour 7-8 am right outside our unit was super annoying.

I was happy to find that there was a washer/dryer in our unit and the hotel gave us laundry soap every day. The coffee was also decent. The hotel also provides beach towels (which they replace upon request with fresh ones)

Expensive and you wouldn't price match the same condo we found on Air BnB. There was a $2100 difference, that's huge and unacceptable really. Next time I will research the prices more carefully.

Didn't go for breakfast. Location of resort was great. Condo was a great size, beds were comfy, kitchen was well supplied.

The location is excellent, and the facility is perfect for a Hawaiian vacation. We loved being able to access the pool easily and the vibe of the resort was fantastic.

Really can’t complain. If I had to, it would be that parking fills up fast especially if you get in late you may have to walk really far.

The space was large and comfortable with great beds and full amenities in the kitchen. All the staff went above and beyond to help us, especially DeeDee! The pool was great and our room was right next to it. I would absolutely stay here again.

I didn't like having to pay extra for the streaming internet service. It should just be included, especially for the prices paid

Loved the 2 bedroom suites, location was good, close by but not quite in all the traffic and noise of the "downtown" area off Alii Drive. Loved the Mahalo Party, Joy is so beautiful.

Wish it had more water views! We had a small sectional view of the water but many of the condo's didn't. Resort landscaping and gardens were very well kept though

two bedroom condo with 2 full baths was very convenient and large for my family of six adults. Location close to Kona town center made walking very easy

We used the BBQ grills many times for cooking. The unita could really benefits from bbq utensils (stainless steel tongs, spatula, fork). I was worried each time we used the plastic spatula in the unit that it would melt.

We have stayed here before and would come back again! The grounds are well kept and rooms were clean. The front desk was very prompt to bring additional toiletries/kitchen supplies when requested. Nice location! Joy, the resort event coordinator, is the BEST!!! She is kind and takes pride in what she does! We attended the welcome party. We also joined her to made fans and recycled bottle cap leis/bracelets. Our girls loved it!

The concierge lied to me about regulations that would prevent walk-in access to snorkel at Captain Cook Monument in an effort to sell my family boat excursion. Also very pushy about getting me to sign up for 90 minute sales presentation even after I said no.
