Housekeeping can be a little slow, most probably due to lack of staff but rooms are spotless.

The apartment was roomy, comfortable, clean. Swimming pool and whirlpool were only couple of steps from the terrace.

The location for us was a bit out of the way, you definitely need to hire a car to get around.

Villa was spacious with all that was needed to be self contained. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Beautiful spot to stay. The grounds and gardens were well maintained. Great pool facilities. The Tuesday night Mai Tai and hula performances were great.

The lack of interest in helping us from the concierge. We were told to ask her for support but she seemed uninterested in helping and did not give us any reos or offer to help us schedule anything. We ended up going to the concierge at the Outrigger next door for support on activities and she was so great. Was disappointed we did not get that from the Mauna Loa concierge.

Pleasantly surprised by the property. You never know what you are going to get when booking online but this property did not disappoint! The front desk staff was so accommodating, the rooms were spacious and clean. It was perfect for our needs and allowed us the ability to relax after a long day without feeling on top of each other. Loved the access to the pickle ball courts!

Upon arriving we were greeted by Cindy. Great personality! Very well explained in how our check in process works. Front Desk very informative in how to get to my unit and gave all information for services offered on property. My request for unit close to a pool was honored. We had a great time and weather was perfect. We live on the island but it was hard to leave.

The gym was closed. I tried calling and messaging ahead regarding our extended check out but got no response at all. Even when checking in I asked and was told it would be considered by management. It took more than 12 hours of being on site that we got an answer (Which was yes...so positive in the end but took much longer and much more effort than expected)

Essentially a one bedroom condo on a resort complex. Multiple pools around the site meant we essentially had our own pool for our two night stay. We were able to extend our checkout due to a late departing flight which made things much more comfortable for our little one. Free on site parking. Close by to large grocery store and some nice restaurants.

It definitely needs some renovations, it’s very clean but needs a face life. The appliances were out dated but over all it worked out.

I liked that it was very quiet and relaxing. The pool was very close to our unit. The staff was beyond amazing and parking was very convenient.

It would have been better if the bedrooms were upstairs instead of downstairs. I did not like the fact the the front desk basically told us we could not stop at the parking lot by the room to upload our luggage. I did it anyway because it made no logical sense. That made me feel not welcome and not special enough for them.

There were two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath which helps in a family setting where we don't have to wait for others.
