We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe mattress are sooooooo uncomfortable!!!!! For this reason alone I would never stay there again. I checked in and withing 10 minutes I got an alert that my credit had been checked (this is a violation). The tub was so old that my daughter scrapped her knee on it. the drawer in the living room was broken.
The view, the nice big porch, the pools, hot tub, slide, beach, beach bar, the dj on saturday, parking outside of our unit. I loved the washer and dryer.

United States of AmericaNot enough elevators, long waiting times for the elevators and couldn’t walk up the stairs 25 floors with my little children. Hot tub was always full and one of them was adult only so I couldn’t go in with my kids.
Lots for the kids to do, and close to lots of walking distance restaurants.

United States of AmericaThe tub and toilet in the second bathroom drained slowly. And none of the pools were heated. For natives even in March the water was too cold to get in.
There were a lot of amenities and activities right on the property. The room we had was huge, two bedrooms, north tower, corner unit with a full wrap around balcony.

United States of AmericaAll the confusion when arriving. We arrived and were told we could park either our vehicle or the 4 motorcycles we had there. Only one parking spot. I could only park to unload. The other would have to park across the street. That was 110 for the week. When checking in once you check in you do not get all you need they then send you to another group to get your wrist bands etc. After that was done I went out to go to the truck to unload before moving it to the other parking deck and we already had staff saying we had to move it or it would be towed. I told them they said I could park the bikes and the truck to unload. Finally unloaded and went to the room. The water pressure is bad. It’s a trickle.
The property was nice. They have several pools inside and out.

There is only room for 1 vehicle.. so we booked a family suite.. had to park across the street in the parking garage..20.00 a day. Another fee of 250.00 for something.. not even sure what it was for.. still not credited back to my card. Way to expensive for the outdated room.
The location is awesome.. there's a lot to do at the resort. Large room but very outdated.

The property itself was quite pretty. The outside area and lobby were enjoying to sit in and relax. The room itself was pretty dated and needs some updates, particularly in the bathroom.

AustraliaAll windows in our room looked into the hotel corridor. We have never stayed in an accommodation with such a floor design. We were in Daytona Beach for a sporting event, and many of our team members stayed in the same venue. They were surprised by the floor design as well. The hotel's description should clearly state that guests wanting a view of the outside world should book a room with an "ocean view". There was also an ongoing issue with the air-conditioning system in our room during our stay.
The location was great, and it is right on the beachfront. Having a washing machine and a dryer in the room was very convenient.

This resort was great and friendly upon arrival...….location was perfect as there was bars, restaurants close enough to walk to. The Hot Tub temp was perfect for the time of year but didn't get in the pool.
