You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

South AfricaThe fact that there was no person at check-in makes it very unpersonal. Check-in was done through a video screen remotely. Breakfast was OK, but looking at all the waste created by the plastic cups and plates-not very nice. Gym equipment were not all in working condition and broken.
Room was nice, big and clean. The pool was also nice and clean.

Close to Fort Myers airport and to a long term parking. The room was clean and tall enough, with a desk, a small table, a refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom was nice. 2 restaurants at walking distance.

United States of AmericaThe bed was comfortable but the blankets were not. The blankets were rough and scratchy. The decor of the rooms needs some updating. The color scheme was dull and depressing . I also was not crazy about the virtual check-in and no on premises staff available at the desk.
The location was good and overall the facility was clean. The breakfast was decent and the staff person who worked in the kitchen//dining area was wonderful.

United States of AmericaThe check-in over a machine is weird and not customer friendly. The top sheets were dusty, the white blanket had stains, and had to request new ones. The room key stopped working the second night and had to get new one. Then, at 130 am, the dehumidifier made a beeping sound waking me up and I had to figure out that it was full and had to empty it. The elevator sounds like it's going to fall. The size of the room is great and the cleaning staff and kitchen staff were nice and helpful. And the continental breakfast was not bad. Good location.

The room was exceptionally clean and the window treatments block out all light. There’s both a desk and a small table as well as a fairly large couch. We have stayed at this facility before. We didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t speak to that or others concerns about their offerings. He k in is on a kiosk which people don’t seem to like but you are face to face with an attendant and it’s extremely easy - no different than check in at the front desk. If you’ve zoomed or use FaceTime you won’t notice a difference. We believe this hotel deserves a higher rating than “good”. We don’t care for Days Inn facilities and never stay at them but this location is an exception. It’s a little pricey but all hotels are.
