Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

At first there was a problem with the payment as it was non refundable reservation, with reservation of the funds in advance. Luckily I arrived in the hotel the same day and solved the issue. A matter of trust is sometimes very important, which was lacking in my case. The noise in the coridor by some group of younger drunk guests, running arround , yelling in the corridor, slamming the doors in the late night was unbearable. The hotel staff should have undertake measures to calm them down, for the sake of the other guests.
The hotel is good for overnight if you need to get to the airport early in the morning. Good value for money, close to the airport. Clean and comfortable. Good for short stay.

Our room had a shutter on the window so we had no natural light. Didn't ask front desk how to open since we were just there for one rainy night
Close to airport. Decent continental breakfast included meat & cheese slices and boiled eggs. Room met our expectations for an airport hotel. Nothing extravagant but good value for the price.

A little dated, but just what we needed!
We needed a hotel close to the airport for a crazy early flight. We slept from 5pm to 1:00 am and took a taxi to the airport, all arranged by the staff at check-in.

The food in the restaurant was not all that great. Breakfasts were good.
English-speaking staff at the front desk. They agreed to store my bicycle transport container while I toured Uruguay for one month.

Bed was old, mattress is deformed because of too many uses (feels like you sink in the center). Front staff is emotionless.

Old-looking check-in area with a board of room keys in view of the guests checking in. This no longer exists in any contemporary hotel... I suggest renovating the check-in counter area to a well lit, simple clean look, and future guests will like it. Unfortunately the TV in the room was not working, bed sheets made of thin fabric.
Location relatively close to the MVD airport and the water Breakfast service was surprisingly good with a variety of items to chose from, and tasty coffee. Parking next to unit.

I do believe the mattress need to replace I the room I sleep. Housekeeping must make sure that the sheets are clean, one sheet have oily spots on it and was not replaced after I took it off the bed after the first night. The previous times I stayed there, all was spotless.
Hotel is near the airport, 10 minutes drive. There is a restauramt for having lunch an dinner and a good breakfast. Reception is open 24/7. Room and bathroom was clean, and housekeeping clean the second day also.

Better if have more choice for breakfast. The rooms are poorly soundproofed
I arrived an hour early but the room was available Close from 2 supermarkets. Close from beach. Easy to go to airport, less than 10 minutes in the morning.
