Very noisy at night, kept being woken up around 2am by conversations through doors!

It was a little noisy in the corridor on occasion, but it wasn’t a problem. It was a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout. The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for them. Very friendly, and welcoming.

The property is dated, however, this added to its lovely charm. The hotel was very very clean, neat, and tidy. The room had everything it needed.

I liked how the staff were willing to help when I had an issue with my payment going through. They also were very helpful in providing information of places in the Central area that i can go to.

You can pass on the desayuno. 7 bucks gets you three pieces of toast, some butter, marmalade, juice and coffee. It is kind of rinky-dink for the price. Be aware they have some agreement with the municipal government to provide shelter to single mothers with children. This means the halls are alive with playing, crying, shrieking children until things quiet down by 9pm.

This Hotel is a great value in the center of old town. There is no question the place is shabby, and has seen better days. But the high ceilings and room fixtures echo a yesteryear of elegant travel. Sure the hall carpet it not as clean as it could be; the room was fine. The neighborhood has the potential for danger at night; I was never harmed or threatened. There is a pleasant outside terrace to sit on and sip a beverage at the end of your day. I also found the staff to be exceedingly friendly and helpful.

The Hotel was very basic. However, that is exactly what I wanted and intended to have. I cannot say that I did not like it, but it could use a bit of improvement.

Strange sounds from the second floor, weak but constantly going over the night. Thanks to the staff, they changed the room, and I was able to rest well. Also, there was smell and mold in the bathroom in the first room, but the second one was fine.

It had strange smells, amd some rooms were noisy. I had to change one room because it was impossible to sleep at nights. Someone did something on the roof or ceiling.

I liked that it was quiet most of the time.

The bed cover had some holes in it and I did find a bug in the bathroom. The shower is not very good as it is just a curtain in the room and doesn’t drain well so you have to squeegee it to make sure the water goes down

The location was excellent and the bed was large and comfortable and the room was a good size. The fridge included was also a convenient addition

THE ROOM DIDNT FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. THE AIRCONDITIONING WAS QUITE HARD TO CONTROL. THERE WERE SOME ISSUES IN THE BATHROOM I ONLY STAYED A NIGHT SO I DIDNT BOTHERED GETTING IT FIXED.

THE LOCATION WAS PRETTY CENTRAL. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS . THE HOTEL ITSELF NEEDS TO BREATHE IN A WAY, I DONT KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN IT BUT IT NEEDS SOME AIR, IT NEEDS SOME REMODELLING MAYBE.

This hotel might have been nice 25 years ago, but that was probably the last time it was updated. How it has a rating of 8.1 is beyond my imagination. The beds were adequate, 5he room was not cleaned during our stay and the whole place gives off an aura of old. The smell of smoke, the cigarette burns on the sheets and covers just added to the "ambiance". Look elsewhere.

Screaming and running noises, sometimes sexual noises until high hours, loud enough to make it hard to sleep, by people who appear to be living on premises. Elderly guest got shoved on the street, scraping their hands of what could have been a much more dangerous fall, and had their phone robbed. 3 blocks away from the hotel.

Staff was very nice and attentive and did their best. The room was clean and had a private bathroom as advertised. They provided 1 complimentary breakfast after hearing the guest had been violently mugged on the way to the hotel.

The smell was bad, like an old place with cigarettes. The bathroom is weird, specially the bathroom box.
