Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The place is cozy,warm and the staff is super friendly. Even if our room was small,we have had 2 large luggages,we managed to fit in the space properly. Blu Inn is surrounded by big buildings but the feeling is that you're in the right place. Our stay here was really nice and Juliana is the smiling face of the house😍. Can only recommend the place.

United StatesThe rooms are adequate but not fancy. My particular room was small and sparse, but I came for the surfing and didn’t spend a lot of time in the room.
The Inn is a very short walk to the beach. It is also close to the bus terminal and several restaurants and a market. I went to surf, and the location was very close to a flat beach with surfable waves. Included breakfast was very complete. A longer walk gets you to the center of Punta del Este and beyond that the lighthouse. The hosts are excellent.

Location was good. I walked from city centre to the hotel. It's a family business and they were very accomodating. I checked in late and luckily for me, a non-Spanish speaker, I was greeted by the owner who speaks English. Late night staff was also very friendly whom I had long chat with. And I had a delicious breakfast the day after with good coffee.
