We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe jacuzzi wasn’t clean; it had to be cleaned for first use. Maybe this is a result of lack of use; regardless it should be cleaned between every stay. Staff was t informative; I wasn’t told about amenities like the pool. Breakfast was horrible considering the cost of this hotel; the pastries were old and the orange juice/water were room temperature.
The jacuzzi and scenery were the two best things at this hotel.
