The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to all main historic attractions in Bukhara. The staff was very helpful. Aziz was always eager to provide information and help. Rooms were clean and comfortable. All in all, great value for money.

The hotel is very comfortable, perfect located in the city center, calm and very clean. The stuff, especially at the desk, was ver helpful and polite. We can highly recommend this hotel. Is was the best one we had so far in Usbekistan. By the way, the restaurant „old Bukhara restaurant“ next to the hotel was the best in town.

Bukhara is an ancient town where in all the cafes all the monuments is at one place, shopping markets. So this hotel is bang in the center. and walkable to all. And the best part is hotel staff especially the reception guy - He will make sure you feel comfortable while stay, while travel while your food while your night out. He will give you all possible details in english. So in nutshell for the first timer you must stay here you dont need guide if you stay here.

This is a lovely place to stay at a walking distance to the Old City complex. The atmosphere in the hotel is beautiful with Bukhara traditional decoration. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast has the taste of Uzbekistan traditional dishes. We enjoy our staying.

Staff member connected us to a guy for a half day tour. He instructed him according to our wishes. We were then dropped off 3 hours earlier than agreed… he also texted me on Whatsapp and asked me to rate my stay. He was very nice but it felt unprofessional.

Beautiful and very clean hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and they let us check in a couple of hours early, which was much appreciated. The hotel feels new, breakfast was great, and the location is perfect—within walking distance to many main sights in Bukhara. Highly recommended!

The location is great. It is at the entrance of the historic district, so it is easy to walk around, and it is very easy to take a taxi from the train station to the hotel. The breakfast is really great. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.
