AustraliaThe pool hours are limited to 7-10 am for families, and then divided between males and females. There was no description of this in the room, and we therefore could not use the pool because the shared time is the same for breakfast. We wish that this had been stated during the reservation. There are no tables and chairs in the room. The phone in the room was not connected, and the receptionist was not aware.
The staff were friendly and assisted with our luggage and any questions we had. Our room was clean and spacious. The hallways are decorated nicely, and the lighting is automatic. The breakfast area is located on the top floor and includes a selection of hot meals, salads and sweets. You can request any hot drinks or water during breakfast. The shuttle service, which was a spacious and clean vehicle, was quick and efficient. Ensure to request the shuttle service ahead of the arrival date because it was not stated during the booking. We also requested the shuttle service when checking out, as we had lots of luggage.

The hotel was located near the airport. They arranged free transportation for us, which was very convenient, especially considering the traffic on the roads and our late arrival and early departure. One of the administrators, Umar, was particularly helpful and told us where we could eat at midnight and arranged transportation at 6 a.m. when we had a flight. We are grateful to him for that.

I chose the Avant for proximity to the airport with complimentry shuttle, the pool/sauna/well equipped fitness center (check the use hours for men/women) and city views from the bright airy restaurant. I did use Yandex to get to the Metro in order to get around to the museums and sites of interest. Convienent Bank ATM in lobby. Good hotel, good value, would stay again.

AustraliaRed flags with this hotel , they offered a discount at check in to cancel and rebook directly. No satellite channels although it's advertised as such. Staff said they only had a smart TV as if smart TVs can't get satellite channels. To use the TV guests are expected to login with their own Google account. Wifi wasn't strong in the room and sometimes don't connect. Had to use Mobile data. There is a very young employee who has a master key for all rooms which I think is a bit irresponsible on the hotels part. Bath tub doesn't have a plug so can't be used as a bath.
