The pool hours are limited to 7-10 am for families, and then divided between males and females. There was no description of this in the room, and we therefore could not use the pool because the shared time is the same for breakfast. We wish that this had been stated during the reservation. There are no tables and chairs in the room. The phone in the room was not connected, and the receptionist was not aware.

The staff were friendly and assisted with our luggage and any questions we had. Our room was clean and spacious. The hallways are decorated nicely, and the lighting is automatic. The breakfast area is located on the top floor and includes a selection of hot meals, salads and sweets. You can request any hot drinks or water during breakfast. The shuttle service, which was a spacious and clean vehicle, was quick and efficient. Ensure to request the shuttle service ahead of the arrival date because it was not stated during the booking. We also requested the shuttle service when checking out, as we had lots of luggage.

I think Wifi wasn't working at the time we stayed in the hotel.

The hotel was located near the airport. They arranged free transportation for us, which was very convenient, especially considering the traffic on the roads and our late arrival and early departure. One of the administrators, Umar, was particularly helpful and told us where we could eat at midnight and arranged transportation at 6 a.m. when we had a flight. We are grateful to him for that.

Unfortunately, the internet didn’t work for days, and the sauna was also out of order while we were there. The breakfast was very tasty, but sometimes we had to wait a long time for it to be replenished.

I had an amazing experience at Avant Wellness Hotel. The atmosphere is peaceful, and everything is spotlessly clean. What truly made my stay special was the incredible staff — Bekzod, Salohiddin, Maryam, Sarvar, and Umar were all exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcome. Highly recommended

Very comfortable relaxing stay. Clean comfortible room. Excellent helpful staff. Very nice breakfast buffet. Dining options walking distance. I chose the Avant for proximity to the airport with complimentry shuttle, the pool/sauna/well equipped fitness center (check the use hours for men/women) and city views from the bright airy restaurant. I did use Yandex to get to the Metro in order to get around to the museums and sites of interest. Convienent Bank ATM in lobby. Good hotel, good value, would stay again.

Not a big deal, but the pool area is a bit in dark. The hotel is far away from the city centre and the subway but fortunately, Yandex works perfectly and it is cheap.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, but the free shuttle service did not work properly—we had to wait a long time for pick-up. On the positive side, the facilities were excellent: modern, clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

Communication was not so easy as English is not so much used, this applies to the whole Uzbekistan, anyhow this is a must to open to international business

The service has been very good they picked up at airport, fee of charge, gave whatever we needed for the swimming pool, both make our trip to Chimgan. We were back here twice and left out lagguage. Very rich breakfast

Be aware that you need to use taxi to go anywhere. There is a hotel next door so dont expect a room with a view.

Convenient for airport and train station assuming that you use Yandex taxi. Modern, clean, quiet, good aircon. Decent size pool that has daylight through roof and one glass wall so it feels airy & natural daylight. Good quantity of breakfast.

Our time at Avant Wellness Hotel was simply wonderful.** From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with a free airport transfer and were even allowed early check-in. The room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable – we especially loved the high ceilings and stylish design. The spa and pool area were clean and very relaxing. Avant Wellness Hotel offers great value for money. The complimentary transfer from the airport was a nice touch. My room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. I especially liked the comfortable bed and quiet environment. Only minor issue was a bit of delay during check-in, but overall, I’d definitely return.

Modern and stylish The hotel design is top notch. Inside it is like a European boutique hotel. The rooms are quiet, the beds are comfortable, the equipment is new. Red flags with this hotel , they offered a discount at check in to cancel and rebook directly. No satellite channels although it's advertised as such. Staff said they only had a smart TV as if smart TVs can't get satellite channels. To use the TV guests are expected to login with their own Google account. Wifi wasn't strong in the room and sometimes don't connect. Had to use Mobile data. There is a very young employee who has a master key for all rooms which I think is a bit irresponsible on the hotels part. Bath tub doesn't have a plug so can't be used as a bath.

Nice spacious room. High ceilings. Great air conditioning.
