The locations was perfect! Just in the pedestrian area a short, spellbinding walk away from the main touristic spots of Samarkand. But what was best, was the friendliness of the very helpful staff that assisted us on any of our wishes. Thank you!

Probably the best hotel in Samarkand. You can view the old Bibi-Khanum mosque from the hotel. Very fascinating. Room was large and comfortable.

The hotel staff was nice and you could tell they tried hard but I had several miscommunications with them which resulted in some unfortunate situations (like me not having an airport transfer at 3am…).

The building itself is charming. Location is brilliant: Mosque is next building, market is near by, 10min from Registan. Staff is good, caring and helpful. I hope we’ll come here again, this will be our stay.

Need to have better mattress in the triple room. And the triple room’s window is in the courtyard of the restaurant, when people chat very late, it is like they were in your room.

The windows need drapes that block early morning sun especially if you are a light sleeper. The sun is out at 5:30am in the summers.

The location is perfect and excellent staff. Ours was a quad room for two people on the ground floor. The staff was very helpful, met all our requests though with limited English understanding.

My wife and I had a truly wonderful experience at Bibikhanum Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome - they were kind, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Each morning, we enjoyed a very good breakfast with a nice variety of fresh and delicious options with amazing view to Bibi Khanyum mosque. The location is unbeatable. The hotel offers as mentioned breathtaking views of the Bibi Khanym Mosque, and it’s just a 15-minute walk to both Registan Square and the Shah-i-Zinda complex. Other major landmarks are also within easy walking distance, making it the ideal spot to explore the city on foot. This hotel will be your oasis of calm and cool in Samarkand. The location could not be better for seeing the tourist attractions. The hotel is amazing but the personality and warmth of the staff bring it to the next level. I won't stay anywhere else in Samarkand.
