Really nice hotel, quiet! Room was really nice and clean! If I will have a chance to go to Samarkand again I will stay in the same hotel!

Everything was great!

Shower was low pressure and intermittently hot and cold. Generally over priced

The room had a fridge, kettle, bottles of water, plenty of towels and slippers. The beds were very comfortable. It was very clean and quiet. The building is very nice inside. The breakfast was very nice, small but many options and the offer of freshly cooked eggs each morning.

The location is a little out of the way from the sites to visit. The room has no window allowing in natural light which is a shame and the shower was a bit tricky to get the temperature right.

Beautiful courtyard. Rooms and toilets were very clean. The details of the rooms were impeccable. The host and front desk were very friendly and helpful. Hospitality from them was great as well. My friend and I definitely enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Will definitely be back! 🇸🇬 very very lovely

The hotel was incredibly lovely - clean, quiet, and spacious. The suite was particularly lovely, with plenty of space in both rooms (and bathroom) for our comfort. The fridge, bottles of water, kettle with teacups, tea options, and toiletries were all appreciated. Having 2 complete sets of towels provided was also thoughtful (and not the norm we had experienced at other hotels), and the linens and bed were very comfortable. The staff was immensely helpful - they were very responsive to pre-arrival queries, arranged an early morning taxi to the airport, and gave recommendations for local restaurants and necessities.

We were surprised and a bit disappointed to learn the restaurant was only open for breakfast, as room service / restaurant is listed on the Booking.com page under facilities and was a consideration in booking them, given our later arrival and early departure.

Quiet and roomy.

The breakfast was delicious, homemade by a lovely lady, fresh on a daily basis. The architecture is even prettier than on the photos, with personalized decorations all over the place. And finally, the best part was the staff. On a daily basis they checked in with us, gave us recommendations of places to visit and to eat delicious local food, and were available to help with any query. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel with really exceptionally lovely staff. They were super helpful in organising activities for us and getting around the city. Had such a lovely experience with them and super friendly. Rooms were well presented and clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with a nice selection.

The hotel is located more in the Russian quarter than the centre of the city (around a 10min taxi / 40min walk away). We were aware of this when we booked and chose it deliberately as we wanted to stay in this area for the change and restaurant choices so wasn't a negative for us but worth bearing in mind depending what you're looking for.

Tasty breakfast with freshly made eggs, interesting building architecture, good restaurant choices in the surrounding area.

First, temperature regulator for the shower is not sensitive enough and was difficult to control. Next, the water temperature kept changing without anything being touched. We booked two rooms and they both had the same problem. So this issue definitely needs to be addressed. There were telephones in both bedrooms but not connected to the electricity as the power plugs were not suitable for the existing power outlets. One of the bedroom we had had transparent black-out curtains, which means lights from outside were not completely blocked out in the room.
