We had a little issue with the broken toilet, but the hotel give us better room with 2 bathrooms. Very nice and helpful stuff in the lounge bar and decent wine choice

We really enjoyed our stay at Dili hotel. Room is big and comfortable, and the swimming pool and the garden area are fantastic! we really enjoyed a dip in the pool when it got really hot to be outside walking. The staff was very nice, super polite and helpful.

This was a repeat stay for us, my kids and my wife also joined. LAST DAY OF SUMMER we said, let's do it again. This time really enjoyed their in house restaurant Sophia. Good mixed cuisine, tasty dishes, bit slow service, but worth the wait. Good quality food needs time to be prepared to perfection. My kids loved the playground area, the nice weather made it even more fun to be out playing around. ROOM was just perfect! Quality Turkish furnishings, paying attention to luxury details. WE CAN ONLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL IN THE HEART OF SAMARKAND!

the room was a bit small for 3 people with 5 suitcases, but we spent most of the time sightseeing, so it was not a big issue.

It was one of the best hotels we stayed during out 2-weeek trip to Uzbekistan: the rooms are of good quality, well-designed bathrooms, a very nice pool with a poolside bar for drinks in the evening, very friendly staff and a great selection of stuff for breakfast. The staff introduced some good restaurants nearby. Even though the hotel is a bit off the beaten track, but Yandex solves every displacement need very quickly and at very reasonable prices. Our room was very quiet and light. Sometimes there was baklava or other cookies/cakes in the reception, which were delicious. The chocolate croissant at breakfast was an excellent invention.

Noting to dislike! Amazing hotel. The gym was also spacious, I did not have time to work out this time. I saw the sign for massage room and SPA options. Hope to use those services also in the future.

Arrived one hour early, no problems where given from front desk, Firuza was very kind, got checked in fast and smooth. Main reason for my booking was the pool! We stayed here few years ago with family when the hotel first opened about 5 years ago. Those days this was the only hotel with a REAL POOL that was clean and pleasant. The service did not change, thank you for keeping a high standard. Will book again right before summer ends! Will bring again my whole family. This a family friendly hotel, with a very nice playground area. I was really impressed by the cleanliness and care for detail.

Little on the expensive side but its because of the tourist season. Breakfast didnt have vegetarian options.

The hotel has a very luxurious feel to it. The staff is amazing and helpful. They arranged for an english speaking guide in extremely tourist season. Parth at the front desk was super helpful.

I could not give them each tips. I really wanted to give each and every person tips but due to budget I could not but they are well deserved my dollors.

Staff is extremely helpful. All the Service was all from their heart. Because of this staff and team. Whole experience in uzbekistan was up lifted. I truely loved the team who assist the guest in the Hotel. Each and every single person in the Hotel was not hesitate to help guest. They are really Just there to help you care you like a brother in blood. I felt like i stay home like a King and i felt really really really in a good hand. The team made me feel like theyll do anything like anything if we ask them to help me. Always smile and always eager to assist. I really highly recommend this Hotel. I was considering hilton Hotel. I was very glad i Choose this Hotel over hilton and i would definately come back for another trip to this hotel. This Hotel made me love uzbekistan. Thank you so so so so much. The best Hotel in my life. I am living in Uae. I stay so many Hotel but i stayed many fancy Hotel. But this kind of Service i never experience. This review is from centre of my heart.
