Clean big room, staff very polite and helpful ! Pool is excellent ! I recommend this hotel for all guests !!!

Clean room, friendly personnel

WiFi signal was critically weak in the room. Even worse: no iron for the guests :(

Breakfast suits local people, yogurt and all items needing low temperature like fresh cheese salad were just put on the shelf, no croissants, just local bread and slides, no microwave to make warm some items, fruits are not fresh and looks not washed. Some difficulties with internet. Cheap only two juices full of sugar, very tiny rooms, Too expensive for the stay, around 800 Euros for 4 nights. I moved to another Hotel Harris, double size room, king size bed for much more less, paying less than 400 Euros for 5 nights

The property is being reopened and our room was just refurbished

We booked this property because it had a pool and garden. We arrived to an empty pool but agreed to stay and paid. 15 minutes later l wine out to the garden and it was a total work site where there was no place to be or even a chair. I then informed reception that we would stay one night but l wanted to leave with a refund for the other two nights. They advised it was not possible, l asked to speak to the manager, waited an hour but he never came to talk to us our entire stay. No always seemed easy when making requests including access to a toilet after checkout time. There was no information in the rooms about the hotel and the area and when l let them know that our room wasn’t cleaned one day they tried to argue that it was our error due to us not pressing the right buttons without prior explanation. We have since learnt from other stays in Uzbekistan that this hotel does not reflect culturally the pride in service. As a seasoned and quite tolerant traveller this is my first negative review

The hotel is very intimate and quiet, with a family atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and friendly. At the reception everyone knows English. The pool is very clean. Beautiful garden. The rooms are very well-kept and clean. Very good location, close to everything.

Nothing. Everything was ok.

This was our second stay at the hotel and this time our room was on the second floor, facing away from the road, over looking the pool and didn't smell. It was a much nicer experience. Staff friendly as previous visit. Area is quieter than some areas of the city but we liked this and being so close to the metro / supermarket / parks was perfect. We ordered food around pool and was great quality.

This was our first stay at the hotel (we returned again later in our holiday) The room and bathroom were a good size. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices including some freshly cooked options. Swimming pool excellent addition - makes the hotel worth the price.

Nice hotel, although bit dated. Friendly staff. Good location, close to subway and short taxi ride to all sights. Very nice to have the pool during the hot days and the hotel provides towels at the pool, but there are only 4 beds so it is full very quickly. Housekeeping leaves small water bottles every day, which was surely appreciated.

Room was a bit stuffy, old and there was a slightly weird smell in the room and bathroom. Airco in the room was very loud and wifi was dropping out sometimes. Breakfast was not amazing, but you can order eggs outside of the buffet which was nice.

Lovely and quiet. Close five minutes walk to metro. Wee shop a minutes walk away. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool resort style. Breakfast plentiful. Cold beer.

Not many restaurants close by.

The price is good, nice pool. Not far from Metro station.

The internet was weak, often dropping off. The breakfast buffer was cancelled without warning and the individual orders were introduced, because there were not many guests. There is no ironing in the room, just via the staff who will charge for ironing. The teapot and TV did not work, I had to request replacements, eventually they moved me to a different room.

Very friendly, clean and well maintained. We ate a lovely, freshly prepared meal in the restaurant. The local beer was great. One of the waiters spoke very good English and had a lovely chatty style. We stayed in the little villa by the pool - we appeared to have the place to ourselves.

The service was amazing

Quiet and relaxing location, would not believe you were in a city centre but equally very close to the centre of the city.

Mattress was hard but this seems to be the same in all hotels Ive stayed in Tashkent.
