AC in the gym would have been nice

This was a little splurge for us, but boy was it worth it! We loved all of the amenities and facilities including the fitness center (8AM-10PM with pendulum squat, lots of upper body machines, pretty much always empty), indoor AND outdoor pool, and breakfast that starts at 6AM (which was great to get our day started early in the August heat). The hotel is huge and gorgeously decorated - it felt like being in your own little ancient resort fortress.

The pool was very crowded and it was sometimes difficult to get a sunbed with any shade, vital with young children. I found it annoying that there were areas that were unused but reserved but premier guests all day that could have been made available.

My boys loved the 2 pools, both were of a decent size. The breakfast was extensive and varied. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. They listened when we had a problem and helped us find a solution. I found the hotel very comfortable and liked the decor

I am still solving my payment and invoice issues with hotel: Since i arrived i asked for payment and invoice (because i was checking out early morning), to which i was repeatedly told to do it later. So the result is that i was billed incorrectly and had to figure out how to make a payment for an uncounted night after I already left the country. So now i don’t k ow how can i get my corrected invoice on top of the fact that i had yo solve that issue caused by mistake of staff while i was changing countries which was really inconvenient.

Staff lacked real warmth , and the music at the lovely pool was too loud for us. The breakfast room was a little too chilly for me!

We had a free upgrade to a suite, and it was the poshest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Huge, very comfortable bed. It was possible to walk to town, but we are walkers. Pool was lovely.

Location was in a good neighborhood, but about 25 min walk from metro station which was needed for highlights (or if you have taxi app). We wanted to go to the pool in the afternoon, but it was full, so we had to go back to the room, which was a bit sad. So either you have to come early for the pool or it would be nice if more beds would be added so more people can enjoy

We had the suite, which was very big and comfortable, including shower and bath. Very good breakfast, with live music! Also very friendly employees who were super helpful.

The junior suite I had was huge & exceptionally comfortable with lovely bed linen & spa bath I really enjoyed spending my last day by the swimming pool which was the first outdoor pool I’d come across during my 24 days visiting the Stans

Just two pieces of feedback. I loved the pool, but unfortunately, the masseuse was away on holiday. The only other thing was the air conditioning. It was an old air conditioner which wasn't that powerful and only went down to 17 degrees. I'd love to see more powerful air conditioning which takes the temp down to 16, but that is the only thing I would comment on.

Breakfast, the bed, and all of the staff, Parvina, Abdumajid, etc were first class. I felt very welcome and happy. The restaurant is superb, the food and breakfasts and choice of detox drinks for heat and other ailments is amazing.

The aircon from the neighboring room was obviously quite loud so I had my room changed which was no problem, then everything was fine.

It's a pity the outdoor pool was not available during our stay as the weather was hot!

Room was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Indoor pool was excellent. It was great to have an outdoor area where you could sit & read a book or chat. Immediate location was nice and quiet and you could walk to more lively areas with restaurants, etc within 10 mins.

Service is a very weak point of this hotel. The staff is not well enough equipped with the language - English. Staff not highly unhelpful to the point of saying amateurish. No greeting, no smile, no proactivity. Sometimes even ignorance - as if the staff were not happy to work here and every tourist really got on their nerves a lot. It was frustrating. The only staff that were classy were the very helpful and helpful cleaners.

Beautiful quiet and large rooms, perfect cleanliness, quality of bed, beautiful grounds. Very good breakfast and very good food and drink throughout the day.

An oasis in a busy city!

We picked the place because of the swimming pool and we were very disappointed when we found that that, despite of having more than 30 degrees when we were there and the last few weeks prior to our arrival, the pool was not yet operating. It would have made such a difference, we picked this place to enjoy our first two days to relax around the pool.

The staff are very helpful and very polite. The room was nice and very comfortable, and the breakfast had plenty of options and also live music, which was very enjoyable. There is a park nearby, some coffee shops and places to eat near by and it's in a quite area.
