How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.

We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Verified reviewAmazing stay, this place is everything I expected and more. It’s super quiet even though it’s located close to the main area of the city, the spa downstairs is such a bonus! I had a massage at 11 pm at night and then just had to slide into bed. It was incredible! Pool is perfect temperature, and the staff is amazing really. Gym is perfect size. Verified reviewWe had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Great bedding, clean room. Hotel facilities are well maintained though we did not tried it ourselves but we noticed that there’s always hotel guests using them. Walkable distance to Registan Square. The staff were very attentive, helpful and are able to converse well in English. As our train is in the late pm, the hotel was flexible and kind, granting us a late check out until 2pm (standard check out time is 12noon).

Verified reviewThe hotel is fairly new and has comfortable rooms, with good quality amenities. The spa is amazing, the spa receptionist speaks perfect English and could explain all the treatments. Firuza is an experienced spa therapist, and I can highly recommend having a treatment from her.
The staff at the restaurant is friendly but miss an experienced F&B manager to guide them in what service actually means. The food is mediocre. A burger is comfort food and should be served as a burger, not the space capsule with sauce injections we have received. Start with basic hospitality, serve with cutlery and napkins before embarking on creative interpretations. The swimming pool floor has a water suction hole, as part of the cleaning system, which is uncovered and causes a treat to children as the suction is very strong. Our expectations based on the price of the accommodation were not met.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location is perfect . One of the highlights was a Spa. The service what we choice was unbelievable with professional masseuse. I recommended to eat their best nation food called “PLOV”, was so delicious. A special thanks to Aziz who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Samarkand City, whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure. We will definitely return!

Verified reviewWhat a excellent experience! The staff and the hotel completely exceeded our expectations. Everyone was incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful. The facilities were in perfect condition, with great attention to detail. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were exquisite – truly delicious. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from the main tourist areas. And the best part: the staff always greeted us with impressive kindness. We would definitely come back!
