Germany1. There was no hot, not even warm, water in my room. I took shower with cold water for three days. I complained to the desk but they told me I needed to run the water to get warm water, but it didn't work.

Interior is in Good Condition and well maintained. Property is surrounded by restaurants of Al types of cousins. Connectivity to Metro is 450 meters while bus is at doorstep.

ItalyRoom had many defects. Main issue was the water. It came out BROWN from the taps. First day, the water in the shower wasn't hot. Last day, toilet flush wasn't working and there was a leak. In addition, the safe didn't work and the hairdryer didn't work. Hotel needs to address these issues as it causes discomfort for the guests.
Breakfast was very good. Staff were courteous. The lobby and reception area are beautiful. Very good Indian restaurant.

UkraineThe cleaning was not good. I’ve stayed for three nights, two of them my room was not cleaned, even though I’ve asked. When I’ve approached to a staff about the gym, I was told that it’s on repair, just when I w insisted that it was not on repair yesterday, they’ve allowed me to come in. As well at the reception I was told that the gym is working until 8 pm, though in the gym itself it was written that the gym works until 10pm. Pillows at the swimming pool is not clean as well, and the swimming pool doesn’t look like in pictures. The elevator as well not working properly.

United Arab EmiratesThe air condition unit didn't seem powerful enough. I think they should replace it with a bigger capacity unit which is more suitable for the size of the room as it was not getting cold enough. Not such a big issue for me though.
We were satisfied with the hotel eventho it was quite old, but the price was just as reasonable. The room was very spacious and there were tea and coffee facility. I was also particularly happy about having a bidet spray in the bathroom altho I'm wondering if it was provided by the hotel or any previous guest had left it there (as it looks more like a travel bidet set). Nevertheless, I was so glad that it was there as not having one is my biggest frustration when traveling. Another great thing is they have ATM in the hotel right outside the entrance, so it was very convenient when we needed to withdraw some cash.

But the business is run like cash cow, stuffy musty building and rooms, dingy worn out carpets, instant coffee for breakfast, I can stay at really nice hotels like SIMMA for $50 U.S or I spent $80 for LeGrande, that is a lot spend to replace a 25,000 som Taxi ride for mediocre facilities, low water pressure, mediocre cleanliness and food.

RussiaHotel had seen better days. Interior looks very nostalgically stylish, but there is no way around dirty carpets, scuffed furniture and poorly plastered wallpaper. Part of the hotel is being renovated and there's no warning about this and no protection, just sudden drilling sounds in the next room. I'm also worried about fire safety, as exits are not well labeled: there was a power outage during my stay, and I would've never found the correct stairs if not for staff passing by. The only open stairway did not reach first floor, and the other was impossible to find from the floor (I only became aware of it because it was pointed out to me when I was going up).
Good location: restaurant street right across, one block away from Amir Temur plaza. Friendly staff.

So we had to look around and fined another hotel in Tashkent around 3 am. Still scammed / charged us for entire booking.
