The staff was very kind. In particular we really recommend Aziz who created for us a great tour in Bukhara and around the city and thanks to him we discovered local places and we learnt a lot. There is a beautiful breakfast too!

The staff was very friendly and always willing to provide helpful information! Akobir reached out to me to coordinate a taxi from the train station to the hotel - which i greatly appreciated! I chose to do a tour with Aziz of some of the sites outside the city and my friends and I had a great time! Akobir and Aziz are very friendly and professional. The hotel is very well located just off one of the main plazas so I could walk to/from everywhere I wanted to go to from the hotel. The room and facilities are very clean, new, and comfortable while still having Uzbek charm. The breakfast was really good with good coffee, pastries, and egg dishes. Oh, and the wifi was good!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, with great AC. There was a huge range available for breakfast, but it was the friendly and kind staff who made it such a wonderful experience. Couldn't recommend Meros Hotel more highly!

An excellent hotel in the heart of Bukhara.The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to attractions and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean and very beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. But the most important thing is the people who work there - they are wonderful and treat you like a member of the family. They helped me a lot in a very problematic situation. If you are looking for a great hotel in Bukhara, there is no better place than Meros Hotel

Nothing at all. Power cuts were a pain but that's beyond their control. Some places seemed to have a generator so that's perhaps something to consider for the future.

Air conditioning too weak in a room on the top floor under a hot roof. Young, friendly staff should remember that some guests do not expect excessive attention all the time.

A nice small hotel, interestingly decorated in Uzbek style. Good location in the center of the old town. Tasty, varied breakfast, with many local dishes. Very friendly, helpful staff. Easy contact in English and Russian.

There’s nothing not to like :)!

The staff are just so friendly and personable, they really go above and beyond to make your stay the best they can. My room was gorgeously decorated, breakfast was delightful and the location fantastic - very near the Lyabi Khause Square but also tucked away so it was nice and quiet. There’s also a rooftop where you can sit and relax.

Excellent small hotel, very friendly people. The rooms are freshly renovated and decorated in Uzbek style. Perfectly clean. The hotel is located in a centre, in a walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc.

The hotel has an excellent location — close to everything you need. It’s newly built, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well maintained. What really makes it special, though, is the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is small, with only seven rooms, which gives it a cozy, family-like feel — and perhaps that’s why the staff are so exceptionally kind. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. One of the ladies even gave us a gift — fresh melon — and often brought little treats during our stay. Their hospitality is truly remarkable, far beyond what you’d normally expect. And again, the cleanliness is outstanding — everything is spotless. You can really feel the care and heart they put into this place.

This is a great hotel. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Follow their advise on where to go for a bite. Location is excellent and the terrace is great at night after a day of walking in the city. 10/10. They even called me after I left as I had left my jacket in the closet was not too far yet, so could go back to get it. Highly recommend!
