One bedside socket was not working and cables were coming out which is not safe. no iron in the rooms

Location of the hotel is very good. Walking distance to all main areas of Bukhara. Breakfast was amazing as well. Room is as ok as one would expect. Good value for money and for a short stay. We did not stay in room long enough.

Great Location, Clean and Comfortable! The hotel was very clean and the rooms were quite comfortable. Its location is a big plus — just a short walking distance to the city center, which made getting around super easy. We especially loved the terrace; it was cozy and had a beautiful view. The owners were also extremely helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed. It's a perfect place to relax in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Very beautiful interior of the room and the whole hotel. Friendly staff, ability to communicate in both Russian and English. Nice terrace, excellent location. Very clean. There is a kettle, a hair drier, a fridge in the room, also tea bags and drinking water.

There was little place to hang and put clothes in the room.

Very nice and supporting staff, cosy but not very big but air conditioned room with clean and functioning bathroom, the rooftop was excellent, good breakfast with cappuccino (not easy to get in Uzbekistan) and variety of fruits. Very close to the main attractions. Possibility to pay in Euro.

The location is very good, close to the main historical points. Our room did not have a window facing outside, so if you’re not comfortable with that, make sure to ask in advance, as they might have other rooms with exterior windows. During the hot season, not having a window could actually be an advantage. Breakfast is quite simple, but you can ask for extra portions if you’d like. The interior is beautifully decorated in an oriental style, and the bathroom is great – everything is new and in good condition.

The hotel is not accessible by motorised vehicles. The owner should provide proper instructions to those who have made a booking. The bathroom needs to have better ventilation. The internet is very slow.

The hotel is very close to the main places of visit. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The breakfast is delicious with many choices. The staff is very friendly.

The dining room for breakfast was a little cramped and it would be best to have the coffee machine in the same room as the breakfast rather than at reception.

A small family hotel in a top location. 5 minutes from Lyabihaus, the hotel is clean and cozy! The young hoteliers work with great desire. They help and assist with everything - currency exchange, transfers, excursions, they bought us train tickets. Very nice and polite guys. They speak Russian and English. The transfers and excursions are in new cars, air-conditioned and according to the client's wishes - the driver speaks Russian or English. Thank you for your hospitality!

Hotel is in a narrow lane. Our Yandex driver had difficulty to locate the hotel in spite of map support. Nearby hotel staff could not help identify Silver Terrace. Moreover, Hotel signage was not visible from a distance

The room we stayed is lacking curtains, including glass door, which has the sun light from dawn, and we could not sleep well. We advised the front and they will fix the problem for future guests- hopefully.

The room was pretty, breakfast was delicious, and the hotel people were really kind. They had laundry service too and it helped me a lot since I had more than a week stay in Uzbekistan.
