The hotel is far away from the city center and there’s nothing around it. Still, you can get a taxi quickly and at a reasonable price.

The duty manager Elbek was outstanding. He made our stay at the hotel a great experience.

The personell, especially at the pool, was not attentive at all so we always had to approach the receptionist if we needed something.

The pool area is beautiful. The room was big and very comfortable. Even though the street is right next to the hotel there is no much noise disturbance in the room so sleep was not affected. With Yandex the location of the hotel was no problem cause you can get fast into the city. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly. There is free water offered. The breakfast was okay but didn’t offer much variety.

The location is around 10 Kms away of major turistic attraction, but this is not a real minus, as you will enjoy this quiet place after roaming arrount historical sites. Taxis are really affordable and will not take more than 15 minutes from city center.Reception provided assistance for transportation any time we neded. We really RECCOMAND this place

This is a very new hotel and unfortunately the restaurant was not open yet and there is no close place to eat. But taxis are cheap

The property was very clean and beautifully built as it is brand new, the staff were available to help with anything we needed from taxi to recommendations to what activities to try. One of the most friendliest people I have come across.

There is nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect

It’s a true palace, very clean, the staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful, if you book the bigger room it’s spacious, with jacuzzi. They have pool, Turkish hamam, sauna. And the money value it’s just perfect with free breakfast. They offered free transport to anywhere in the city, to the train station. We had late check out
