The place was very comfortable, and the hosts (Azamat and his mother) were extremely nice, welcoming, and full of advice on good things to see in the city. The hosts made delicious breakfast, and offered other things like tea at many times during the stay. The room itself was in a beautifully painted, restored 18th century house, complemented with modern AC + bathroom + internet + washing machine. The house itself is very close to all tourist attractions and historical sites in Bukhara. If you speak English or Russian, it will be easy to communicate with the hosts.

I paid a 25% additional commission charge which I was unaware of when I booked

I was given a really beautiful larger room because it was low season on account of the summer heat. I was told that the decorations of the room which were really amazing dated from the 18th century. A big bonus was a washing machine in the bathroom, bring your own detergent. Breakfast was great as was the grandmother of the house who very kindly treated me to a plate of her homemade plov one evening. The place is in an excellent location and easy to find.

The host is very friendly and helpful from arrival until departure. The lady takes good care of her guests and the room is very nicely traditionally decorated. The room is very clean and protected from the heat. The bed provides good sleep..

There is currently construction going on to expand and improve the guest house. This didn't bother me that much as we were out during the day, but this could bother some people if they wanted to rest during the day.

Location, decoration of the rooms, breakfast, wonderful and personal welcome from hosts. They even offered us a jar of their delicious homemade apple jam.

This guesthouse is kind of a "don't judge the book by its cover' type of place. It's located right in the heart of the center of Bukhara, where everywhere is in walking distance. The guesthouse belongs to a family, where they share an apartment-like room with you with a huge room decorated with traditional ornaments and amazing pieces of local culture. The host is a young family who is extremely helpful in every way. The moment they greet you, they try to make your stay and trip extremely wonderful by giving tips as a local, arranging the right people to help you and serving you home-made delicious food.

A traditional house where a welcoming and open minded family has lived for generations. The rooms have been nicely restored and all the comfort installed with no excess. The traditional homemade breakfast is excellent and we were treated like family by the warm hearted granmother. Location is quiet near the busy streets and restaurants of the old town. An unforgettable experience!

Very central, you are staying in a very old building, your room looks like a museum. You become part of a local family, your hosts are extremely friendly and helpful people. I enjoyed every minute of my stay there!

The best thing about the stay was its location. Our stay was exceptional with extremely kind and warm hosts. They were very helpful in guiding us through our stay. They made us feel at home with their generosity and warmth. The breakfast was widespread with delicious Uzbekistan cuisine. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, giving us a glimpse of Uzbekistan culture. I would definitely recommend staying at this wonderful place for an awesome experience.

We really felt taken care of with Azamat and his mother. They were cery kind and helpful. I had a cold during the trip and his mother prepared milk based medicinal drinks and herbal inhalations for me (recipe from Avicenna we were told) and she cooked us delicious breakfasts and gave beautiful presents to our daughter. What a kind soul! We were really humbled. The room is an excellent example of Bukharan architecture, old and beautiful. It was very central which made our trip easy and comfortable.

A spacious, clean, and very comfortable apartment in the perfect central location! Warm welcome, kind attentiveness, and generous hospitality by the family were wonderful and made my stay truly unforgettable. A genuine home-away-from-home - highly recommended!
