we had to wait an inordinate amount of time for our dinner which wasn't great as we were straight off the plane & pretty knackered. The hotel had an unexpected very large table who didnt want to pre-order & kitchen gift. bit overwhelmed. Staff were v apologetic & the manager found us at breakfast the next day to apologise which went a long way to make up for it

we had a newly refurbished room which was really nice, lovey bathroom, very comfy bed! All the staff were amazing & food was great (when it eventually came)

Good location right on coast with a small beach and jetty. Good for swimming, views to a smaller island very close and Bequia in the distance. Well kept seating area around small swimming pool. Very helpful staff at reception. Comfortable room, good shower,comfortable bed, good air conditioner and good Wi-Fi. Just off main road, bus stop to main town just outside the gate. Small selection of bars and restaurants just a few steps along the boardwalk.

There was no breadfruit available when we tried to order at the restaurant but it was abundant when touring the island. Also sometimes it was hard to really enjoy your meals when you have to fend off flies because as the staff said, "it's fly season". But this problem also existed at nearby restaurants (which also has large outdoor areas for eating)

Friendly staff and reasonably priced meals. One of the best thing was the assistance to arrange tours by reception staff who helped ensure we got best prices for tours. There is a jetty with sitting areas to take great photos or view the sunset.

It is more of a suggestion. Having water bottle as complementary on a daily basis. Overall I was extremely pleased..

I did like the proximity of the hotel to nearby restaurant such as Mangoz and mint. I also enjoyed the pool view, the ocean and the ability to walk around.

The room needed to be updated. The bed really wasn't comfortable. It was two twin beds pushed together. I also wish there were screens in the window and sliding glass door.

The location was convenient to other restaurants and there was a bus stop in front of property. The staff overall was very friendly and helpful.

The toilet had a funky odor. The maintenance man and maid did something to it daily so the smell was masked, though the next morning it would return. The food in the restaurant was not consistent. I had the best veggie roti one day. A few days later I had the fish roti and the roti part was inedible, like rubber, though the filling was good.

The staff were friendly and handled all complaints quickly. It was right on the ocean and there was a boardwalk which went to other restaurants as well as to the small boat that took people to and from Young Island. There was a bus stop at the end of the hotel's driveway. The wifi was excellent as was the air con. The restaurant downstairs sometimes had good food. The waitresses working in the restaurant were always excellent. The balcony had a lovely view and the air con worked well. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water.
